Passed by the Leaside location just to see what they had to offer, after we considered a few other brand options, and Justin ended up taking us through and educating us on all types of mattresses based on our specific needs. We left happy customers knowing that we considered all our general options and chose the options best for us! If you want a tailored walk-through of what your needs are and someone super knowledgable within this domain, we highly recommend tracking down Justin! This level of customer service is rare these days!

Very pushy sales people and when we said we wanted to take time to think about the purchase instead of deciding to spend thousands on the spot, their toned changed and they starting using derogatory words. I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do too.

Went in to shop for mattresses and get a feel for it. Staff was not very helpful and dismissed us like we are not customers. Honestly very disappointing. We are in the market for mattress and thought sleep country could help us purchase one. Not sure if it's the staff that day or just this store in general. Go elsewhere to shop for mattress
