No one ever picks up the phone you are always rushed through consultation and their over the counter products selection is limited. The pharmacists also are not very knowledgeable.

Very busy so you drop off prescription and be prepared to shop or wait. The fees are low. Rarely have needed to ask any questions but they are knowledgable when questions do come up.

They working too slow , I have to Waite almost more than 1 hours to pick my prescription up every time. It takes too long.

Worst experience ever! I buy medication from this costco on the monthly basis. My most expensive med is not covered by insurance but my other less expensive ones are. These info is shown in my file. And every time, I have to argue with staff about this matter because they want to charge me a full price for all. Today, one of the pharmacy staff, Ady, gave me tons of attitudes when I explained this matter. She then talked to her coworker that one of my meds wasn't covered, then checked and saw it was, all these happened while I was standing in front of her and she tried super hard to ignore me and be disrespectful to me. Thanks to the sweet attitude of Taghdir who cashed me out, I felt slightly better. Ady should know that she works in the customer service. Her behaviour was way out of line today.

Just recently learned they can fill scripts for pet meds, at a fraction of the cost that vets charge! My Joey takes phenobarbital for seizures, and I pay 1/3rd the cost for his pills now, which he takes daily.

I hate to give bad review to any business. But this time, I have to. We had 2 very bad experience with this pharmacy. First time is for my father, the cardiologist sent prescription to this pharmacy, I go the next day try to ask if they can dispense medication, they say they did not receive the fax. I guess there must be technical issue. So forgive them and ask doctor to send to another pharmacy. Then recently, try to got prescription for my mother, they charged me and say pharmacy will talk to us. She refused to give us medication, she argue that the medication is not for my mom's situation by just looking at the printout. Come on, there are exceptions in medical field and she had it before for the same issue. If pharmacist think that they are doctor, go get MD, before challenge doctors decision.If the product Costco provided is only pharmacy, I definitely ask for refund. Maybe the company should consider pharmacy as a separate package, who use it who pay full membership, who do not use it, give discount!

Amongst other Costco pharmacies in York region this one is the worst. Technicians working in the back are always judgemental n asking questions which by law a pharmacist should ask.They have bad staff which results in delays. Their cashiers are always too quick to dismissive of customers. As they know it’s Costco - someone else will come along.But - just a reminder as they are not the greatest pharmacy in 5 km radius customers do sway away to a better one. The one which delivers to home. The one which talks with patience n understanding.

Terrible experience. Ordered a prescription via a doctor's fax. This pharmacy does not recognize this type of ordering. They will not begin the process until u are there. Then it takes 45 minutes. They could have at least called me to advise but chose not to. Then I got attitude from them. So I went to Stroud pharmacy and it took ten minutes with a smile.

The staff have bent over backwards trying to help us fill new and refill prescriptions and have compassion in such a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. And the dispensing fee is amazing, especially considering you don't have to have a membership to have prescription(s) there.
