Very bad service!!!!!They don’t know how to answer the phone! They told us should receive our order in the week of 11 July, now they said they did not say that. Very bad service!!!!! Every time we called, they told us there is delay that they cannot control. So we may wait our order for another year. Lol.

Great customer service! Our sales rep was Gabe, and she was amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful! My partner and I went to all of the stores in Toronto and Vaughan and found that Prima Lighting carries top end products but at a fair price! I definitely would recommend you visit the store!
