Great experience from start to finish. Michael was super patient with my husband and I. We used him twice. Once for our kitchen and another time for our cottage to build wall to wall storage. We had a small issue a couple years later in the kitchen, we contacted Michael to inform him and he and his team were quick to replace the part and touch up the cabinet. He truly does stand by his work. I highly recommend him to anyone and will use him for our entertainment unit and basement kitchen soon. Thank you Michael.

We did whole renovation of our house including kitchen. After shopping around for kitchen re modellers we bumped in to Neo kitchen. Here is my feedback:. 1. Price was reasonable and affordable. 2. It was fairly easy for my wife to complete overall kitchen design with designer-Michael 3. Manufacturing took 7 weeks. 4. Installation took 3.5 days. Already passed 5 yrs since we had our kitchen installed. During this time there are few cracks appeared along kitchen molding and walls/ceiling. Called Neo Kitchen, they responded quickly and technician arrived and did a caulking, free of charge since my kitchen under lifetime warranty. Excellent customer service, thank you Neo Kitchen team!

After an exhausting few weeks of looking for a bathroom vanity that would fit our specifications, we popped into Neo Kitchen. Within half an hour, Michael had taken our specs, we had chosen our materials, and had paid a deposit on a price which we thought was more than reasonable. We were so pleased with the finished product that we have returned for two more vanities for each of two more bathroom renovations. Wherever we look, we keep ending up with Neo Kitchen. And Michael has been no less attentive and responsive each time. Their professionalism and quality of product for the price is unmatched in the Greater Toronto area. And while I hope I never have to do another bathroom reno, Neo Kitchen will always be my first stop.

Neo Kitchen helped with our kitchen re-model project back in Jan 2022. Michael was amazing to work with and completely understood our needs. His team along with counter-top installation team did an amazing job in transforming our space and the photos speak for itself. Nearly 2.5 years later, I am pleased to share that it continues to look amazing and receive great compliments from friends and family. I had my kitchen done with Neo kitchen over 2 years ago . I am a cook and my kitchen still looks like brand new. Excellent Quality. I recently just had a problem with 2 doors in my kitchen that were slamming they were soft closed. I phoned Neo kitchen with in a day they came to fix and no charge. The customer service is excellent . Not regarding at all using this company. Thank you Michael and Gaby for your prompt and excellent t service .

Neo Kitchen helped us with our Kitchen, mudroom, laundry room and all our bathroom vanities, they did an amazing job! Very experienced and professional, helpful and creative with design and layout, the whole team is very friendly and responsive, the installation was on time and went smoothly. We have used Neo Kitchen for years, they do absolutely amazing custom cabinetry work. You can tell by the drafts Michael does along with his suggestions that he is well experienced in this field. We love all the work the team did with our kitchen, master closet and washrooms. Highly recommend.
