Be very careful with your purchases
The warranty is a scam. This is not the same company it used to be. Quality and customer service is beyond horrible. They don’t stand behind their product. Taking advantage of people’s hard earned money. Think twice about your business to this company. There are plenty of great companies out there who are Canada owned and made who stand behind their product.

Stay away from Kamal Andrea. Salesman who is not helpful at all once he makes the sale. La-z-boy furniture is good quality, but any issues you have he will lie and then become unreachable.

Picked up a recliner here. You need an appointment set up at your local La-Z-Boy showroom. If you're shopping at their clearance center call first. It was closed because of Covid.Pick up was quick and the gentleman helped me load chair. Recliner was in two pieces so easy to fit in car. Supper easy to assemble.
