Amazing experience from start to finish; from picking out color and style of our bed frame to its delivery to our home. I am so pleased with what we purchased from interior furniture galleries. The place has gorgeous thing's and such good quality. We also received the most professional and friendliest service ever! Over 30 years of being homeowners and we have never experienced so many issues with our purchases. Elte, Decorium, Sklar Peppler etc not even one issue. At the showroom you are tempted by their beautiful set up and their sales rep skills. We purchased 5 pieces of good sized furniture. Pick up at the warehouse is when the issues started. Dimly lit and hasty wrapping prevented us from examining the damaged pieces thoroughly which we have never had to do with the above trusted companies. Upon unwrapping at home we discovered the obvious chips and the banged in corner on our white night stands. Now comes the defensive customer service. We let them know to which we were made to feel like it was our fault. My husband owns a building company, he knows how to handle fragile materials with care. After back and forth comments they finally sent someone over to fix the issues. Would have been BETTER customer service to have led with that! Then the two piece couches were NOT the same colour I’d ordered from the showroom samples. And before they post an unprofessional defensive reply to my post as they’ve done on many other reviews, yes they gave us a tiny sad refund. BUT nowhere close to compensating for either a new paint job or any new upholstery/decor that has to be purchased to now make the couch colour work. Disappointed to the max since I spent over a year looking for the perfect couches to fit our decor. Biggest mistake was not to read the reviews first, worst furniture shopping experience. Will NOT shop here nor recommend this showroom to anyone. Here’s hoping their reply is with care and class and considerate of people’s hard earned money spent with disappointing results.

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Gabriella, the store manager at this Furniture store, for providing excellent customer service.A few months ago, my husband and I purchased a coffee table from this store. However, when we finally received it after 8 weeks, we discovered that the measurements of the parts were incorrect. This was quite disappointing, but Gabriella handled the situation with utmost professionalism and efficiency.She immediately ordered a new coffee table for us and even allowed us to keep another table in the meantime until we received the new one. This gesture went above and beyond our expectations and demonstrated Gabriella's commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.When the new table finally arrived, not only did Gabriella personally oversee its assembly, but she also made sure that all the measurements were correct. Her attention to detail and dedication to resolving the issue were truly remarkable.Furthermore, I must mention that the furniture offered by this store is of exceptional quality, with varying designs to suit different preferences. The materials used are sturdy and durable, ensuring that the furniture will stand the test of time.However, one area that needs improvement is the delivery timeline. It is worth noting that it usually takes more than 8 weeks to receive your order. I sadly have to agree with the poor product quality reviews here. In 2021, I received a dining table from IFG as a first time home buyer. I had a pleasant buying experience in store, but that’s where it began and ended. I was very excited to receive my table in my new home (after a months long wait) and after it was delivered and built, we noticed it had a very noticeable sway to it when it was nudged even slightly. To the point where I am embarrassed to have guests over because it moves every time someone gets up from the table and drinks spill over almost every time. When I called (multiple times) to rectify the issue or see if I could get a refund, or even a new table, I was told it was a custom table on “four legs” and that it’s expected to have movement and to just try tightening the bolts. We tried that and nothing, so basically there was no customer service support whatsoever. I’m sorry, but what decent quality table is supposed to have “movement”? Extremely disappointing, as this was a beautiful piece I was hoping to have for years to come. ESPECIALLY given the high price point of everything in this store. Now I’m just looking for a way to sell it because I’m so unhappy with it, which is a shame because it’s a VERY expensive lesson we had to learn. Just because it costs more doesn’t always mean it’s better!! I’m not someone who typically leaves bad reviews but I was shocked at the poor level of customer service and attitude I received, given how much money we spent here. Not to mention the six dining chairs we ordered that have so little cushioning that you may as well be sitting on the frame itself. Overall, we would’ve been better off with a $200 IKEA table unfortunately. Would've uploaded a video of the table, but Google won't let me.From this experience alone, I would not shop here again or recommend to anyone. Save thousands of your hard-earned money and shop elsewhere!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Interiors Furniture Galleries and I feel the need to post this, as they were so helpful and professional in assisting me . We had previously ( over a year ago ) bought a beautiful couch from another furniture store, which is now currently out of business . However, I noticed a small mark on my couch one day and as I tried to fix the mark , it only got worse! I called the manufacturing company who made my couch and they gave me the name of furniture stores whom they deal with . I randomly chose Interiors Furniture Galleries and I am so glad I did !! They not only went above and beyond , but they were honest and extremely helpful in assisting me with figuring out my best options . They took the time to call the manufacturer , order a sample of my material very quickly ( as colour dye lots change ) . They did not want me to buy a new section to my sectional couch ( which I was willing to do ) and me be disappointed with the fabric not matching exactly .To my surprise , their was a slight variance in colour as they had suggested . They told me to take my time in deciding what I wanted to do and they had already put a bolt of the material on hold for me just in case …. This gave me time to have the spot professionally cleaned ( which did improve the situation enough that only I know it’s there . I also , have an automatic recliner that required a new bolt inside and they ordered that for me as well .I highly recommend this company . They could have very easily swayed me to buy a new section to my couch and benefitted from it from a financial stand point , but instead assisted me in making an informed decision that was best for me . I was very impressed at the lengths this company went to assist me even though they were not the original selling furniture store we had purchased from . We will definitely be referring friends and family and will personally be returning to Interiors Furniture Galleries in the near future !!!!! Thank you Nancy and Gabriella for all your help !!!! Excellent customer service. Dedicated and hardwork working management.Got a night table which got a bit damaged after 2 months. Emailed the sales person and the owner along with the sales person provided exceptional customer service and got me a new night table.Hatsoff to interior furnitures.I would highly recommend this store.
