Last week me and my wife were looking for winter boots so we went to visit this Ecco store. The manager Alexandra were very kind and very helpful. Just glad to know that there are still workers who put an effort in providing good customer care . Great quality Shoes as well and it lasts. comfort, fit and quality of materials has no comparison Customer service was excellent!!! Thank you Alexandra

Very similar experience to Alex Kwongs review. Almost identical actually. Extremely poor attitude from like Alex said older women who seems to be a manager. I had a concern about this experience and emailed head office. They responded promptly and said that they would definitely look into it and follow up. They did not to date. That constitutes as a fail in my opinion. I know I will get the same generic response that all bad reviews get, however I wont be returning to this store because of that manager. Now I have to travel farther to get one of my favourite shoes.

Good shoes, bad service.I went to the location hoping to pick up an online order which I had just placed. I noticed the location had the same shoes with the same size available at the store. They weren't able to fulfill my order due to corporate policy, etc. This is fine, I was just trying to see if I can get my order sooner given the shoes were available.My issue is with how the team at the store, particularly with whom I suspect is the store manager, treated me. First of all, the second I told them I was there with regards to an online order, their attitude changed from helpful to somewhat hostile. I told them what I was trying to do and that I saw the shoes were available. They said in a rushed tone that I have to wait for the the order and the manager just walked away from me (there were no other customers waiting). There was one staff, seems like a junior staff, who did go with me to the shoes to check on the stock. He did kind of explained that although there is one available, generally they won't fulfill orders unless they have 2 or 3 more in stock. In the background, I can hear a more senior staff telling essentially the junior staff to not help me.At the end of the day, my concern is with the tone of the service. Why didn't the store manager just explain the corporate instead of just walking away. I am not a store customer, but I am still a Ecco customer.Horrible experience for your brand. I like your shoes, but I don't need this level of disrespect.

Was in town recently, visiting the family and stopped by the ECCO outlet to buy my mom some shoes. Jess and the staff were so kind and respectful to her. Great products and wonderful staff. Happy customer.

Oh man let me tell you my experience I've had at this location. I can't lie, I don't really write positive reviews, but the level of service I've receive from Jessica that day... Wow! She really knew what she was doing. She answered all my questions thoroughly, was very patient, and kind. Plus on top of all this she was hilarious... definitely one of my best shoe shopping experiences ever!! When shopping at Ecco ask for Jessica! A+ class service!!

Amazing customer service. Alex is exceptionally good and she has great knowledge about the product. Customer satisfaction is her top priority. Definitely recommend this store to everyone.
