I have been supporting this candle company for a long time. I placed an order during their BOGO event and their system charged me full price for the candles. I have sent an email and left a VM.and BOTH have been ignored by this company. Currently they've over billed me hundreds for candles and they can't be bothered to contact me to say they will be crediting my payment method for their website/system error. The way a company treats their loyal customers says a lot. I will never recommend this company again. Now I'll need to dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. If you want to feel valued as a customer buy your candles elsewhere. I won't support any business that thinks it's okay to ignore my request for help and then rip me off. The worst customer service I've received in a very long time. Do better Serendipity and show some respect to your customers that support you. P.S. No promo code was required so it was not my error or oversight. Perhaps you should sort out your issues with your website.

I love this store and their candles. I do a lot of Xmas shopping here. I have taken so many people here and they love the candles. The staff is wonderful and so helpful.

I would highly recommend these candles. Serendipity Candles are the best candles in the world (literally). I grew up near Barrie, Ontario and have been using these candles for years! I recently moved to Australia for a couple years and have since travelled to many of its neighbouring countries and throughout most of Australia's states. In all my travels I truly have yet to find a candle with smells as wonderful, wax quality as good, and names as creative as Serendipity. I love them so much that I will be asking my mom to send me one in a care-package for Christmas :)

Loved the candles and soaps from Serendipity SOY Candle Factory and Marketplace. I was here in July and it was my first time visiting Serendipity and Anna was the most helpful and gracious. She took her time explaining the 4 different categories of scent to me. She directed me towards their best seller's, and gave me great advice when buying candles as a gift for others. Thanks so much to Anna for making my first visit a wonderful experience. See you next time, Serendipity SOY Candles!

Ordered my first box of candles a few weeks ago. Received the box and all the candles were thrown together, lids missing, no bubble wrap, stuffing etc. Clearly it was not packaged properly and had a rough travel. Emailed Jenn pictures and expressed my concerns about packing and never got a reply. I Was hopeful I had found my new fav company and was hoping to purchase a Jumbo but definitely not impressed. The smells are nice but nothing I can’t find at a flea market.

Have purchased several candles from Serendipity. 5 wick candles are a complete waste of your money. Wick are not evenly spaced and they do not burn properly. I brought this to Serendipitys attention and sent photos, after a few communications back and forth they stopped responding. My smaller candles from Serendipity have zero scent to them at all. Serendipity has terrible customer service. Buyer beware.

I love their candles. A super clean burn and they smell so good. I just placed a order before Christmas and it's already going to be here this week. Can't recommend their candles enough. I can't wait to light my new candles!

Nicely scented candles that burn clean and good prices as well.Ordered 5 candles and they were sent in a timely manor however one did show up broken but after a quick and painless email to customer service who replied within 24hrs, i was refunded for the broken one.As for scent yes my house does currently smell like the candles name a coffee shop.

I placed an order 2 days ago and the money was deposited back in my account and looks like my order may have been canceled. I wanted to get the free shipping before they raised the amount you need to spend. Non responsive when I emailed them.

Very disappointed :( I ordered candles for my son's baptism and paid in full (even though only 50% was due for a large order). Once paid in full, the customer service didn't exist. I sent in my son's custom photo and requested the baptism date to be added. I was told this wasn't possible as the representative was not in the office. I told her no worries, I can wait until she is back in the office. She said no, the order is going to be printed and would not give me an opportunity to have the photographer add the date since she was unwillingly to make the addition when she returned to the office.If for some reason you decide to order from the company, my advice is DO NOT pay in full like I did. Pay the minimum 50% as once they have your money, they sadly don't care.I hope this review saves someone else the disappointment our family experienced.

Very very poorly made candles and unresponsive customer service. I spent $30 on a single candle and as instructed for the first burn, tried to burn through a layer, but the wick fell onto itself and burned out. It no longer burns. I emailed back and forth with customer support and they stopped responding once I sent a photo of their poorly made candle. Crickets!I would not recommend anyone purchase their candles and have warned others.
