Collingwood..I would not recommend Midas to repair your vehicle. After a large bill (yes that happens) I was still hearing noises and returned vehicle for inspection and found damage do to there unprofessional repairs done. I was promised I would be contacted to get car repaired but that never happened…Very frustratingNow I have to find a new mechanic in collingwood

The staff was nice however a simple tire repair was not completed and still we were billed an exorbitant amount for NO service provided. Additionally, they did not call us to let us know the outcome in any kind of timely fashion.Unfortunately, we will not bring any of our vehicles to this location again.Best of luck.

Scammers.I will never go back.charged 1.5 hours for a 20 minute job i know because i seen the hoist go up and down.labour only.

I had some work done on my car here. They were very fast and knowledgeable and helped me understand what was needed. The man behind the counter is incredibly kind and incredible at his job. Will be bringing my car back here next time I need something.

Came in at last minute with an issue. They were very clear about the costs for estimates and the work that needed to be done and where there might be savings once they actually began working. I agreed and they delivered perfectly. Communication was excellent from start to finish.

I took my car in for an oil changeat 8:30 am . It took 1.5 hours, after leaving I went to the grocery store and when i got into my car i noticed that my car was covered in grease, (my floor mats, carpet beside the floor mat , steering wheel , greasy finger prints all over my door, greasy finger prints on my display screen , and stereo controls, and even on my water bottle. ) they seemed to have no respect for their customers vehicles. When I called to inform them of my findings he said being it back so he could see it . I took it back and all they did was a quick wipe down of some of the areas of grease !! When I got home I noticed scratch marks on the inside of my door as if they were holding the door open with their dirty boots. Never will I ever go back there again and will definitely Not recommend anyone to go there. !!!

I dropped in unannounced without an appointment but they made the repairs right then. Thorough inspection and work.

I had a problem with the brakes. Canadian Tire in Wasaga Beach tried to fix it, but didn’t fix the problem. Midas fixed the problem and cleaned up my brakes for $80. Very happy with them. I’ll go back.

Another tire shop in Collingwood broke a stud of one of my wheels when changing my tires and did not follow through with arranging to have it fixed for me.I arrived at Midas of Collingwood and asked if they would be able to fit me in that afternoon to fix it, because I had a long highway drive to do the next day.I was greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist and one of the mechanics confirmed that he could make the repair if I was able to wait a half hour.They took my car in and fixed it, consulting me along the way with any questions or concerns they had.I am so grateful for their willingness to solve my car issue right away, and for their professionalism, friendliness, and courtesy by all employees of Collingwood Midas.Thank you.

I had never been to Midas but got a flat tire and it turned out I needed all 4 new tires. I was so upset because mu budget was super tight and I was leaving town that day I have to say, every part of my experience at the Cwood location was excellent. They were very kind, friendly, understanding of my situation and did the best they could to help me in every way they could, keeping the price reasonable and accommodating my timeline. I was very impressed.I will start going to them for all of my auto needs now.

It's bad I had to pay $1400 to them and it happened for 1 week and the problem happened like the original. When they came back they kept it for another 2 days and finally they called to inform me that they couldn't fix it and I went to pick up the car it was worse than before but they didn't give me back the money and told me to take the car to another place genuine. At the same time, there was an argument with another customer, so I accepted to leave. I'll never go back and tell you guys never come here it's terrible
