I would never tell someone to not use these folks. What I would suggest is getting a second opinion on any work they say your car needs. The $ 1,000 dollar job they said my car needed turned out to not be true when my own machanic looked at the car two months after their quote.
If you have no record of me in your system that is crazy considering the number of times I have been there.

Went to the delarship this morning! We stay in Mississauga we saw a car in their website and we went to check the car there. We went there test drive the car we liked the vehicle we were asked we would like to trade in our vehicle or not. We said we would like to check if we want to trade or not we will decide on the value of the vehicle. They informed me after checking with condition of the vehicle the value of my vehicle. We decided not to trade in the vehicle rather we will buy the vehicle at its actual cost. The person went to his manager and came back said if you want to get the car you need to trade in the vehicle otherwise you cannot get the vehicle . I didn’t understand that before even giving us all the information why didn’t they inform us before and later they didn’t want to provide me the vehicle just bcoz I said I don’t want to trade my vehicle to them rather I will sell it outside! Pathetic experience at this dealership will not recommend!! Others might have had excellent experience over here but not us !! Sorry .. usually I am the last person to write a google review for any dealer or shop but my experience over here was way too bad !!

Went in for a recall only to have one of the two dealt with because apprently I had to pay some money out my own pocket for wear and tear on the vehicle. No bill or what actually had to be done ready for me just one of the two recalls completed. Won’t be coming back to this establishment and won’t be buying a new Hyundai ever again. Vehicles are great on gas and that’s about where it ends. This recall process on the brakes has been an absolute nightmare. Vehicle has been in to several different locations to fix the brake problem before the recall letters went out. Everytime being told I need change my brakes and rotors. Upon doing so driving out of the garage to my brakes still grinding. Now I finally receive what I think is the third letter overall? Which finally includes me on the recall to then be told that I’ll have to pay for work to be done before the recall can be completed. Thank you for nothing Hyundai. Would have put zero if possible.

Terrible shady dealer. I sold my trade in for 8000$ more than they wouldn’t sell me the new car. Of course after I gave a deposit which they won’t give back. Terrible customer service

Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment for just an oil change (it took 2.5 weeks to get in, which is not great, but that’s fine. They were busy and it is what it is). Customer service at the service desk could have been more welcoming upon arriving, she took my key, and asked if I would be waiting for it. Yes. (Perfect time to tell me they are behind, maybe go grab a coffee and come back in 30/40 mins. ) 45 minutes later my vehicle was still sitting where I parked it. After asking how much longer it will take to even get into the shop and why is it taking so long when I had an appointment, I was told it’s because it’s a 40° day (yet the same thing happened back in April when I was in for an oil change, and while bringing that up there was no response. Just 3 of them staring at me). There was no communication, and no care for customers time. A phone call would have made a huge difference prior to arriving if they knew they were running behind, or at least when I arrived say “it’s hot back there we are running behind”. I did not even get the oil change done because it was going to be another 45 minutes after asking them, which meant 90+ minutes to get an oil change. Overall, for a team that is always on you to fill out their customer satisfactory surveys, they really could improve their customer service and communication.

They will speak to you rudely They are not very good communicators I have had some issues with my kona but nothing that I can blame hyundai brand or name for I'd have to put the blame on their employees at this location very unprofessional. Had to go to hyundai out of town and was finally treated respectfully.

Moved to collingwood and brought our 2022 Tucson in for a regular service. We had an incredible experience with purchasing and maintenance in Orangeville Hyundai and expected the same in Collingwood. Unfortunately, we had to revert our service back to Orangeville as we had a very poor experience in Collingwood. My wife was told she needed unnecessary services and was “upsold” 500 dollars on a new car. When she tried to contact management and never received a callback. Very dissatisfied.
