Yesterday I had a flat tire and Anthony from Di Bello saw me on the roadside, asked if I needed help and helped me out. He was super friendly and made the effort to help out.
I had called CAA already so he got on the phone to let them know he’s here and within 30 minutes I was out of there.
I know it doesn’t always go that way, but it was something I had to share

When my husband's car unexpectedly burst into flames due to a manufacturing defect, the burnt out husk was left on our rural driveway with a heap of debris surrounding it. Fidele and his team came to our home within an hour of the call from our insurance advisor, and were able to load up the burned out wreck of our car, and then immediately set to work with hand shovels and rakes, scooping up all the debris. They did an incredible job getting our driveway all cleaned up and were so, so helpful with everything.
I cannot thank DiBello enough in getting this all taken care of today. It was a very harrowing experience, having my husband's car go up in flames like that, and the relief we both feel knowing that the wreck and debris are now properly removed is palpable.
Thank YOU for going that extra mile today, Fidele, and for answering our call for help. You truly are the consummate professional and we are both forever grateful to have a company like yours seeing us through this traumatic time.

Amazing service! I used Dibello Towing when my wife was in minor accident a year ago. I called them and they arrived first on scene. They checked on her to make sure she was ok and didn’t need medical assistance. They went over and above and helped us through the whole ordeal. Highly recommend!

These people are scam artists, they would not let me pay with my Visa card it hard to be cash. They refused to do it under the roadside and refused to pull me out of the ditch and said it wasn’t covered. The guy that showed up smelt like alcohol and cigarettes and was disheveled looking. They also charged me an outrageous price. I would beware of ever using this company unless you want to be taken advantage of. I did contact them and they denied any wrong doing and by looking at old reviews and having to deal with them I get the feeling they pretend issues were resolved in conversations that never took place. Do your research and use a better company. Completely unprofessional.

This company went above and beyond when one of my clients was in a hit and run on highway 12. They brought him to the collision centre and the rental place, ensuring he was taken care of and able to get home. Also kept his vehicle safe and locked up while waiting for insurance.

This truck just cut me off on 115 doing 120 km an hour. Weaving in and out of traffic almost smashing the two cars on the back of his truck into the median barrier. Not a safe driver.

Got into a bad accident, black ice and a roll over and Di Bello Towing were quick on the scene. They are definetly reliable and certainly know their business. They got my truck out of the ditch and waited for me to get out of the hospital before I was able to get to their tow yard. Great guys to deal with! Awesome family team!
