Absolutely horrible service. The staff was unwilling to help us, the person who was on the phone with another staff member was receiving equal resistance to their questions and as we were leaving another person came in to get their order which caused the lady on the phone to present a blantant eye roll and attitude for having to walk to the back of the store and do her job. I would not have made a purchase here if I had a choice.

If looking for a CPAP, I would look somewhere else. While on my trial I have received very little help and support. Anytime I’ve phoned to speak with Fatima, she is never there and my messages so unanswered or returned 1-2 weeks later. Currently on week 5 waiting for a response after 3 messages. Tomorrow I am returning my machines and taking my script elsewhere.After this review I received a phone call message from Fatima. The way she spoke on the message was very rude and unprofessional. After she did, so she sent an email to the sleep clinic doctor to tell her that I was unwilling to participate. Yet there was supposed to be an email sent five weeks ago to the doctor to ask for other support and ideas by the other colleague in the facility who is covering for her, while she was on vacation, that apparently was never sent. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional and how are you supposed to be medical professionals of helping people when you can’t even do your job. Not only am I upset and annoyed but so is the doctors office

After looking online to buy a foot bath, I decided to shop local instead... Was I disappointed! There was only 3 to choose from so I bought the one I thought was the best. Tried it once and wasn't pleased at all! The bubbles, if you can call it that, was working on one side at a time through only a few holes. Water didn't cover all the foot just the toes and overflows... I had to go back twice to return it. Had to talk directly to the manager. They wouldn't take it back due to hygiene and covid....I told them I could return any purchase online no questions asked so what's the difference? They had to call the company and was offered to exchange it for the same foot bath. Sorry but no thanks...I think they should at least offered me a credit in store...I would've bought something else but no...My point is they offer the product but don't back it to satisfy the customer. Might as well cut the middle man...
