Horrible customer service. After walking around in the store for 30 minutes I decided to go and try somethings I’ve picked out. There was no one at the change rooms I had to go and look for someone to open the change room for me once they open the change room for me they literally left and I had no one to help me bring me a different size so I have to get dressed get out go find my size come back into the change room. When I left the change room to go look for a different size I saw all the employees just standing there chatting away!!! I continue trying on my clothes that I was going to buy but didn’t end up buying anything for myself or for my daughter I just left in full disappointment and filed a complaint with the headquarters. Won’t be returning or supporting this store.

Walking into this store I noticed that it is well organized with a good stock of merchandise. Lots of staff on hand if assistance is needed. At the cash counter the service is friendly, polite and helpful.

I went in today looking for clothes for a vacation. The lady running the change room around 4pm today thursday January 9th was so helpful and kind. She found me tons of things to wear! I'm really happy with the customer service.
