I have been looking forever for a suitable sectional and thank goodness I went into the DOT Cambridge store. Eric and his staff are friendly and so helpful as I was back numerous times measuring and stressing over my purchase. I will highly recommend to friends and family that shopping at this store is a must.

We've been looking for over a year for the right dining set for our deck. The Cambridge DOT team helped us mix & match to achieve the perfect fit. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are reasonable for great quality products. Our order arrived within days and assembled easily. Thanks to Cambridge team DOT! We'll be back again for sure!

My wife and I have been looking for new patio furniture for a while now and like most purchases these days, were finding it hard to source good quality at a decent price. Not only did we find that at the DOT store in Cambridge, but our customer service experience exceeded our expectations. The Manager, Eric, was very knowledgeable, friendly and worked with us to buy something affordable and of great quality. On the day of pick up, when it was cold and raining, he was there to help load our truck and make sure we got everything home safely. Thank you for the great customer experience!!!

We had a great experience shopping at DOT Cambridge for our new patio furniture. The store manager, Erik, was so helpful to us and we were able to find a great table for our deck and cushions for an excellent price. The customer service was outstanding! We would highly recommended this DOT location and will be back again.

Their selection is great, something for every budget and endless choices. Loveee this store!!We were warmly greeted by Eric as soon as we walked in. He was never pushy and went above and beyond after three times of us coming in as I struggled with making a decision.I truly appreciated his patience and feel like I made a good decision and we will definitely be back to DOT Furniture.

HIGHLY recommend this store. First time visit. Family members have also been very pleased & purchased furniture. Wasn't in the door 2 min till I approached Eric store manager. Friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful absolutely interested in what I was shopping for & found it with no pressure sales. Hidden treasure check it out.you won't be disappointed. Shirley

Went to this store to buy a 23" Golden Egg that was advertised on sale at 60% off. When I got to the store I saw on the sign that all Golden Eggs and accessories are FINAL SALE. After talking to the sales manager he told me that the reason for "final sale" was due to the mounted wood side tables warping and cracking. I said I wasn't going to spend over $1000.00 without at least a 15 day return. I said write on the receipt that its ok for 15 day return excluding the side shelves. He agreed to this and we went through the order process and added pretty much every accessory. This took a half hour plus the 45 min talking to him before. Then I asked him for something in writing about the 15 days and he backed out of the return agreement we had. I found out then that DOT will NOT be selling Golden Eggs anymore and that the stock they have is over 3 years old.
DO YOUR HOME WORK if your considering buying a GOLDEN EGG.... Not so Golden I suspect.
