THIS LOCATION HAS THEIR OWN SERVICE FEE OF $5 DOLLARS JUST FOR PRINTING 1 PAGE OF A BLACK AND WHITE. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND YOU WILL ONLY PAY .20 CENTS, AND NOT $5.20. THE UPS STORE HEAD OFFICE DOESN'T HAVE SERVICE FEES. I HAVE CONTACTED THE HEAD OFFICE.
GO TO THIS LOCATION THAT HAS FRIENDLY STAFF AND HELPFUL. PLUS YOU WILL ONLY PAY .20 CENTS A PAGE.

Gino made my day. He was so nice and helpful with retrieving my package. I always have issues with lost packages because I live in an apartment with different unit numbers, but no more. I will get all my packages sent to Gino for now on. I trust him and his establishment. Would recommend

I was in the store yesterday and a gentleman by the name of John, referred to himself as the manager. I needed to make a simple black and white 1 sheet print and he told me it would cost 4.95$. I asked him why it was more than what their flyers stated and he insisted that every UPS owner can make their own prices. I called the store down the street on Fairview and they told me it was only .19 cents!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!
