Great company to deal with. Susan and Julie were attentive and engaged in the work being done in our house. They were so knowledgeable and helped us at every step in our renovation. Installation crew were courteous and skilled. I would highly recommend Royal Stone Gallery.

Needed a few small chips repaired on my countertop ... the place I bought it from was ignoring me (won't go there again). Reached out to Royal Stone and they got back to me right away , set up an appointment quickly. The crew that came arrived early , were very nice and got the repair done quickly - looks great! In November 2019, Royal Stone supplied and installed our kitchen counter top, back splash and island. I had a 5 star experience from beginning to completion. Janis showed me all the different samples, including the different edges I could have. I was able to take home samples, she suggested I go to the Oakville location which had more samples if I was unable to find what I was looking for in Burlington. I was able to go into the shop to see a big slab in the daylight. She went out of her way for me. Once I decided on which counter top, the time line was very fast. Susan came to template the area. Her measurements were exact. The Installers were outstanding. They were punctual, neat and the installation was perfect. I would definitely recommend this company.

Royal Stone Gallery was recommended to me by a friend after I had spent weeks trying to get a countertop installed by a big box store with no success. It was a HUGE headache. I took my friends recommendation and I am so glad I did. Our countertops look amazing!!! Susan was really helpful and even came out personally to make sure everything was perfect. The installers were fast, thorough and even brought their own rugs in order not to muddy up our kitchen floors. Wonderful experience, would highly recommend. Thank you!!!
