I visited Fortinos today and bought some pastries, but their Custard Squares had been FROZEN and wrapped in a plastic bag. As a professional baker, everyone knows you DO NOT freeze this kind of pastry because after you defrost it it tastes horrible because it is watery and just not creamy as it should be . Who ever came up with this idea, this is NOT fine and these kinds of employees should be fired. It is a waste of money to spend on a frozen pastry. I will let all my family and friends know that this is what is done in this place, horrible. If this is how you store this don't do it. You should know everything with milk or cream in it can't be frozen because after it loses the consistency and flavor.

Went today at 6:15 PM to get cold and flu medication off the shelf. Everything is locked and inaccessible since the pharmacist are closed. You can buy regular Tylenol but not Tylenol cold and flu. Absolutely ridiculous.

We always find what we're looking for but I do believe that this location needs a makeover. It's looking dirty and worn out. I've also noticed that the turn around with staff is an issue as the cashiers are always new and good luck finding one that's in a good mood. I've been shopping here since it opened as it's the closest grocery store to us.

This is a very big store. Be prepared to be shopping for awhile as they have HUGE selections of everything you can think of. They also have a very big produce, bakery, deli/fish area along with some amazing desserts and homemade pizzas. This place is HUGE!!!! Now I have to say Fortinos can be a bit expensive but from my experience at other grocery stores, it seems like they are all starting to match up price wise. So with that being said, if you can, check out this Fortinos. You won’t be disappointed

Produce quality and prices are insanely high…better products being sold at farmboy or longos for much cheaper and a better shelf life. Will only be coming here for fresh bread going forward.

This is first time I came in here. Price is same like Zehrs but a lot of different items are carrying it.
And they have many flowers too. I love it! Also they have eating place. This is nice idea.

It is a very big location. They have it all. If there is ever a Zombie apocalypse, this will be the 2nd place I go to visit, Plenty of parking. Staff are also nice..l
