Today I called them two times in a row, and both times they answered me very quickly! ?I was prepared to wait or not be answered at all based on the previous reviews, but that didn't happen. So things get better in this world!

No one picks up the phone, ever! Useless pharmacy, useless staff. Not a care in the world here, it's like they're all self medicated.

Pharmacy staff are usually pretty good. This time the lady mentioned that the pharmacist would like to speak with me. I stood in line waiting for Mr. Pharmacist to go was having a casual conversation with the person in front of me with no regards to the line up what so ever, conversation about decks and patios. REALLY? It wasn’t a 1 or 2 minutes conversation either.Have some courtesy to the people in line. Most are eager to just get home after work. So what did the pharmacist wanted to talk to me about you ask? “This is blah blah medication, you take it twice a day”. Complete waste of time J.

Really respectful. They forgot to mix my son's medicine so I just got the powder medicine. I called them and they apologized and the manager asked if I can come to their store or if they can come to my house to mix the medicine and fix the mistake. And he came and brought the sterilized water to our home and he mixed it and left. I want to thank them for fixing this mistake.

Don't bother. They don't answer their phone, even if you call them 10 times back to back. Also, takes 45 mins to fill a prescription if you dont call ahead, but since they dont answer your calls you cant even call ahead. what a joke

Was my first time at this location and the parking lot was packed first of all and some person tried to take the spot I was trying to park in when I was waiting for it first and they flashed their parking permit for the spot like hello I have a permit too and I was waiting first.Prices are a bit expensive though I only go to Costco for certain items I get in bulk, but over all clean and lines went by at the cash pretty fast.

I was at this pharmacy at around 8pm this evening (October 12th, 2021) to get my prescription medicine. I realized that my insurance information at this pharmacy might be wrong, as the claim always failed every time I picked up my prescription medicine, I would have to pay first and submit the claim myself later. So after I submitted my prescription to the lady at the prescription drop off window, I kindly asked her to check my insurance information in their system. She took my cellphone and briefly compared my insurance information on my phone with her computer screen, and told me "they are same". Then I asked how come the claim never went through at this store if everything is correct. All of a sudden she shouted at me: "I told you they are same, what else do you want me to tell you!" I did not say anything but "thank you", and went around in the store to shop for groceries. After half an hour I came back to pick up my medicine at pick up desk, another lady talked to me there. Not unexpected, the claim was failed again and I was asked to pay full price. I then asked this lady to check my insurance information, and she checked and found the error in their system and corrected it for me. Then she submitted the claim to my insurance company again, this time the claim went through, and insurance paid the medicine for me. I am not sure about the first lady I talked to at prescription drop off window, do you treat each of your customer in this way? Not willing to help but talking rudely? I have been paying for executive membership for many year and I spent several thousands of dollars at this store, please tell me I deserve this kind of service.

Great price and value for money with low low dispensing fees. Customer service is usually excellent. Applies to many of the staff I've encountered. I wish I can mention their names (I forgot) but the wonderful women in front are friendly and professional. Well informed. Good to know since this is now my go-to pharmacy.
