The people who work at this location are near impossible to call. They use a call centre who you call, and they always tell you that the people at the location are busy and they will call you back. They never do. You have to go there in person.
They took additional money from us without consent, and I've been trying to call them about it for weeks. I strongly advise you not to allow them to take regular automatic payments from your bank account, especially if you are not nearby their location (which is often the case for a storage unit). The only way to resolve this seems to be to show up in person, and then they are pleasant enough.
Edited to Add: After the response below from the "owner" (which may be AI or call centre generated), I emailed them and still got no response.
