Your staff allowed a man with a brain injury (which he told the staff he had) to be assaulted by two customers and then HE was told to leave by staff while they remained.

There was a lady working here that was completely unprofessional, talking with a customer about another. Saying things like "It takes all kinds" and "I wouldn't be able to last 5 minutes." The fruit selection here also is not fresh..there were several items I picked up that were moldy and shrivelled. A place to avoid in the future.

Decent food... the worst prices... staff doesn't know know anything about food. Just don't ask. Look it up online first. Seriously... like I'd surprised if the bakers knew what flour was.

We found ourselves on vacation in this area and routine diabetic medicine had been left at home. The pharmacist did all the leg work in contacting our home pharmacy for script info. He then provided us enough meds until we got home. Very pleased with the excellent service.

The Deli employee on May 19th around 2-4pm was picking his nose in between cutting meats. he didn't wash his hands or change gloves but just went to cutting. He was trying to hid it with his other hand but clearly it didn't work as i am writing this review. I did not buy Meats here because of it. this is a sanitary concern and its not good. Please anyone reading this (and the store owner) Beware.

I used to shop here weekly, using the online ordering, spending around $300 every week. But between having an issue with our order literally every week, the substitutions always being ridiculous (like when I ordered salmon that was on sale for $10 for two fillets, and they subbed it for a non sale pack that was $35, charged me for it, and literally took over a month to refund the money), and everything just generally being overpriced compared to everywhere else, I've completely stopped shopping here.
I do my weekly shop across the street at Walmart now. Almost zero errors, substitutions are on point (and never cost more than the original item I ordered), everything is cheaper, and tbh the staff is friendlier. Doubt I'll ever step foot in RCS again.

My husband and son got food poisoning from the sushi here last week and then I go grocery shopping this week. The steaks I bought smelled horrid I had to throw them out and the ground beef said may 26 for best before date… it’s April.
I use to love the superstore. It has gone down hill big time. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. I refuse to spend 300$ a week and get garbage food.

The steak prices are a joke...its cheaper to go out to a steakhouse than buy the meat here....plus restaurant cook and clean the dishes for you ..
I guess I'm naive and under estimate peoples greed....
Your pricing sickens me, so this is the last time I venture into a real Canadian super store....
You're parasites feeding off the backs of your customers...

Do NOT buy the ungraded meat. I will be demanding my money back since the ungraded steaks were horrible and caused severe digestion problems.
