I gave this a maybe based on the personality of the person. Currently they are not very welcoming. I have no issues with the food or selections. The business is clean and well stocked.

Went to Brockville store. Online says open until 830pm today and on the door of the store. It was 805pm. Door was open there was another person about to go in as well. The gentleman runs and tells us we can't come in hes shut down his machine for the night and come back tomorrow. Closes and locks the door in our face. That is super unprofessional I live a 30 min drive away telling paying customers to come back when you're trying to close 25 mins early is rude and bad business. Not impressed.

Sam is the owner and he is amazing! The staff is very helpful and friendly. They really help out everyway that they can. Right down to ideas, suggestions and recommendations. They just don't sell their products, they know their products.

I have been a shopper at M&M's for years. I lived in Mississauga where the store opened. Since the company has been purchased by Searchlight Capital Partners, the quality was sold with the name. I purchased Swiss Chicken melts and the chicken is processed pressed meat. Not real meat. The Homestyle potato wedges had no potato in them, they were hollow and dry. M&M Meats are a thing of the past. It is M&M Food Market now and I will not be spending my cash there.
