I bought an AC compressor from them but after 10 days It stopped working now they are making excuses at the time of replacement they are saying it's not in stock and asking me for more money to be replaced with another brand compressor. They gave me a 1-year warranty. It is so mentally exhausting, It is the worst experience.

I order a bumper they send me the wrong one but I didn't know it was wrong I give it to the body shop to paint it, however after painting the bumper it was wrong I told them I wanted to return it but they refuse because it was pint it and it was their mistake .they are fast delivery.great customer service.

Order regularly from Tiger. We had a set of headlights for a car and they were sitting for a year and we opened them a year later once we got the car at body shop. Turned out they had packaged the parts wrong and send us 2 left headlights. Took no responsibility and just falled back saying it is over 30 days and not refundable. That is really bad customer relation and professionlism working with a shop that is buying a lot from them. I think the issue was mostly that I had a rude indian customer service lady on the call.
