They changed up the timing for cost savings. Doesnt even dry properly.. pretty much speed through the car wash even when you have the best wash pass. It wasnt like this before.

I go to this gas station everyday after work to fill up the gas in my truck and majority of times I got attended by Raman and her exceptional customer service skills and positive attitude always made my visit a positive one.

Worst car wash ever. Asked for a rewash guy refused me to give a rewash ticket. Car was cleaned from front but from back it was quite dirty

Very bad experience not with car wash, I have problem with the guy who was at cash counter,there was two guy were working at counter I am specifically talking about lovedeep,I actually came there for car wash and I always use app for car wash as I have season pass ,I was at the bay and petro app was not working and it was not problem with my phone,I press the help button ,the guy said use physical card ,I don't had physical card , I showed him a picture of card ,as I brought the picture from my home.the guy was saying that u are using in a group.how can lovedeep say ,I have 3 cars in my home and I can use 1 wash per day ,he should not care about ,I am not using 3 cars in a day,Anyways the problem is not car wash ,problem is lovedeep ,he was so rude,he don't know how to talk .I don't know how can the good reputated company hire these kind of people.

Car wash not recommended …. Its washed and dryed quickly maybe in less than 2 mins but all the dust is still visible on car , my bad that i purchased 5 washes pass for this one but quality is poor

Poor experience, I have the season pass car wash, when the vacuum or the car wash goes down I always get a car wash or vacuum ticket to use within 24 hours. The guy on Jan 23 11:50pm was saying it’s not possible to get a ticket to use tomorrow. I feel like what’s the point of a season pass if they close the car wash early or they don’t atleast give you a ticket to use tomorrow.

Came to this gas station to have my car washed and protected before winter season. Ordered the most expensive premium wash and was absolutely disappointed. The conveyor quickly dragged my car through the station with quick wash and a bit of drying. I did not feel tough wash under neath, seemed no wax application, looks just like express wash. The car was wet after finish. The whole process probably took a minute or so. Does not worth almost $20 paid. The guy at the front desk explained that the wax is applied BEFORE actual wash. Waxing right on dirt??! I do not recommend this service, better go to other brands where wash treatments are color coded so you can see which ingredients are used and where the machine gives more time for water to penetrate into dirt before applying brushes.

Avoid this car wash! Went to the car wash today and the car came out soaking wet the first time so I talked to the cashier guy about it and apparently he thinks that the car was supposed to come out wet and I was the one yapping about my car being wet after I paid $16 for a car wash. He ended up giving me another car wash ticket while he had an attitude as if he’s doing me a favour and I was the one in the wrong here. Went in the second time and my left side rear view mirror turned the wrong way. Wouldn’t even give one star if there was an option for that
