Never get ur services done here, they do whatever they can to charge you extra money. They put so much on my invoice which was never done to my car. This is my not the first time i have noticed. Invoice says my cabin filter was changed however my filter was not even touched. It always says my car is complimentary washed and vacuumed which it has never ever once been after a service. There is zero reliability in this invoice, i do not trust anything they say they have done for my car, yet they have my car for over 4 hours every time i take it in. I have multiple cars from this dealership and i notice this with every car i bring here for service.
Sales team is great tho.

We want to thank Mercedes-Benz Brampton for our new car! We recently purchased a Benz from their location and we couldn’t be happier with our experience there. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. It was a smooth experience from beginning to end. Harjot “Joe” Proothee was a pleasure to deal with. His customer service is impeccable! He was extremely helpful, understanding and went above and beyond for us! He was very knowledgeable, thoroughly went through everything with us and answered any questions we had. James Willnecker and Scott Quirk were also a pleasure to make a deal with. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional and helped in anyway they could. We can’t recommend Mercedes-Benz Brampton enough! We’ll definitely be returning for future purchases and we’ll be recommending them to our friends and family. Thank you again!

Awful experience. One of the worst experiences iv had on the planet with a mechanic. My mother is very old and they took full advantage of her. They lied and tried to charged her extra on the bill. If I wasnt visiting my mother today to look into this we would have been paying an arm and a leg. They are not fully transparent with you, and they will hit you with hidden fees. When I called to dispute this issue the lady I spoke to on the phone was the upmost rude towards me and started to scream over the phone. I had to do my best to deescalate the situation. They bladinently lied to me over the phone saying one thing while my bill said something different.
Now I can’t prove anything but my vehicle was in a few months ago for the same issue and they said it was one thing (which we fixed). Now it’s back doing the exact same thing but now a different part. Curious to see if the issue will come back. Soon we will see. To be continued… wish us the best.

Took the car in for general servicing and later popped to hood to find a huge wad of fibers crammed in a corner by the battery. I have no clue why "professional servicing staff" would leave a fire hazard right there and hand it off to the customer saying everything is good to go. If they missed that I'm now wondering was else they failed to do.

I purchased a used Benz over a month ago from Oscar. He and his staff were and continue to be extremely helpful.
They made the transaction very smooth and comfortable.
I will be looking to purchase from them again in the future.

This is the worst dealership I've ever seen. The staff is all unkind and I don't know if I'm buying a car or begging for one. I own multiple cars. So I have a lot of other dealership opportunities and I've never really seen anything like this in general. Is this how Mercedes' marketing department works? You can't imagine what my experience is here. I'm not going to let this go easily and I'm going to file a formal complaint with HQ. At first, I was excited about signing hundreds of millions of cars with my lawyer. But I've had to wait a few days for this and I wonder if I have to go through this beggarly experience while paying this huge sum of money. Even the new Mercedes cars are so crude. I don't think it's worth buying a car in a company that's plastic-stuffed over 200 million sedans and stuffing batteries from China.

Update : MBB’s customer service reached out and assigned me another service advisor , Victoria who went above and beyond to make the experience 5 star. MBb you need more people like Victoria , Leah and Taran who restored the faith in MBB.
5 starts for David. Amazing sales person. If you are looking to buy a vehicle talk to DAVID MENSAH. He is a star. Took his time and gave us all the information. If you are looking to buy a Mercedes , he is your guy!
Do not come here for service if you value your time!
Zero starts for the service department. I took half a day off .. booked it way in advance.. brought the vehicle in and my vehicle was not serviced I was not informed that the vehicle was not serviced and were sitting around for 2 hours and get a call to pick up our vehicle without the service being done. These people DO NOT respect your time. It’s not the first time but the second time. They tagged my vehicle but said that they rescheduled the service which I was not aware. The service coordinator Josh can’t communicate , he will change the schedule as he likes and made decisions for me. It’s the same service coordinator both the times I had an issue.
The manager stepped in, not hearing what we had to say and kept saying let’s move forward and was trying to provide a solution. Which I appreciate but there was zero remorse for wasting customers time was supporting his team member blindly. I will never recommend this Branch to anyone coming in looking to service your vehicle. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY SINGLE TIME GUARANTEED!

The 1st time I called the dealership to inquire about a car, I was connected with Wasif(Ahmed). 2 minutes into the call I realized I was dealing with a honest professional!
He was polite, attentive, very knowledgeable and I immediately knew he was someone I could trust.
The next day I went to the dealership and worked with Wasif to close the deal. I must say he bent over backwards to accommodate every need I had - in fact going numerous times to meet his manager to get what I needed! I left the dealership that day knowing I had seen superior customer service. Over the years I have dealt with 3 other dealerships and my experience was never exceeded the way in which Wasif managed to do!!!
Sine then I have had to contact Wasif re some issues in the vehicle. If I’m unable to get through to him, he always calls back asking how he can help. Due to the complexity of the issues, Wasif also brought in Leah (Simeon) to assist me. The 2 of them got together and really really pushed themselves to sort out my issues; in fact reaching out to HO as well!
Both of them have taken more trouble than even I have;to resolve this issue - they continually update me and keep pushing the others as well.
My experiences and interactions with Wasif and Leah has left a deep imprint in my mind as to what superior, exceptional customer service is!
I do not hesitate to recommend both of them as well as the entire dealership! I will not only continue to buy my cars going forward from them, i’ll be gladly recommending them to anyone interested in buying a Benz to do so from them!

This review is based on the terrific customer service and employees found at Mercedes Benz Brampton. They know how to treat difficult situations in a timely manner winning over customer satisfaction. From the service department to sales to the finance team and even parts, Mercedes Benz Brampton is compassionate and understanding. They went out of their way to make my children overjoyed with gifts. From teddy bears to toy cars to real cars this is a dealership I am proud to be a part of.

Review Title: Disappointed with Service at Mercedes-Benz Brampton
I visited Mercedes-Benz Brampton today to address a low-tire air warning. To my surprise, I was informed that I needed to book an appointment just to fill my tire with air. This is quite frustrating and seems excessive for such a simple service. I expected a luxury dealership to offer basic assistance without the hassle of an appointment. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed. I hope they reconsider their approach to customer service for minor issues in the future.
