Went there for the Christmas holiday to buy a cake I seen in the flyer. The guy who was siting in the back office started following me around, it’s a small store so it was very obvious,he was basically in back of me the whole time, it came to the point I was feeling very annoyed and uncomfortable, and left with out buying anything. I vowed never to go back to that location again.

I'm here 5 mins before closing. And they are already closed. I'm confused. And the employees are there. ..... crazy to know that these same employees probably will be put in that same position. Making it to store before it closes. They probably looking at other employees at other stores like.. "what do u mean ur closed, it's still 5 mins"....Don't do to others, what u wouldn't want done to you.I just wanted to pick some appetizers. I had plenty of time to be able to do so.The lights are now of at 6pm on the dot becuase the packed up early and another older gentlemen was trying to get in..Sad. Disappointing .. new years eve c'mon u could've waited 5 mins ...Oh well.. we all know what Karma is....

Today - Aug 28, I placed a small order through Instacart and I was appalled at the way my shopper said he was treated by the woman at this location! He noted she was very polite to every other customer and was completely rude to him. At the end of the experience with her, he made a point of telling her how she made him felt and how rude she treated him, to which she said nothing. From reading other negative reviews, it would appear that THIS LOCATION seems to have issues with patrons from other ethnicities. To the franchisee at this M&M location: Please work on yourself and treat everybody with the dignity and respect they deserve!

Very friendly staff at this franchise. I usually order online and do a pickup. They are well stocked and rarely out of items. Checkout is always fast and efficient. In general, a very positive shopping experience.

Bovaird & Wexford=Brampton…I just wanted to comment and give thanks to the employee (woman) August 10,2021 @7:45pm. She is the nicest lady..she is often there when I go. She is always so nice and always ask about my Grandma as we use to go there together before Covid. She always welcomes customers so nicely. She never rushes you outta the store or is rude even if you show up a couple minutes before closing. SHE IS AWESOME!!! Thank you!!
