I believe this to be the best pharmacy in the area very friendly, helpful and super efficient! Hooper's Staffs are very specialized and experts specially Gifty she is very knowledgeable. Gifty always suggest and recommend her better advice on homeopathy and Natural medicines. She is very responsive, helpful and always willing to address customers queries or concerns. Gifty has a great level of customer interaction, she is easly approachable, professional and attentive. I would highly recommend her. Keep up the good work.

Update: please notice how they never addressed negative comments in over 6 years or have taken accountability for any of their actions, make sure to find somewhere else before going to this establishment. This should be your last resort
This place is horrible
I have a child suffering from anorexia!!!
And they were disrespectful!!
I called this pharmacy before traveling there,
Asking if they had a particular product I wanted... the person on the phone said they did not carry the product but they CARRY a different product that is used for the same thing...
after doing my research I went to "hoppers pharmacy"
Once I walked in I was looking around for about 5 minutes before I was asked if I need help..
I told the lady named Nicole that I called in and was told you carry this particular product
Nicole then asks a few other pharmacists about it
Nicole comes back to me and says " we DON'T carry the product but we can order it " ... I said "okay but why would the person over the phone tell me you have an alternative if you didn't"...
And of course I'm annoyed because I came all that way for nothing ..
Nicole then says she "never heard of this product before" if you work in a pharmacy that one of the last things a customer wants to hear
Nicole proceeded to tell me "we do not know who you spoke to over the phone, I'm not sure why they would tell you that..."
Then I said who else works here around 3oclock because that I when I made the call..
KELLY responds "the person you spoke to told you we can order is I was right beside her when she made the call...."
I don't understand how everyone was clueless about who spoke to me over the phone until I asked who was working around 3...
Then Kelly is on the side trying to argue with me about the phone call...
when I obviously wouldn't travel all the way over there if I was told they don't have it in store at this very moment..
As I was about to cash out i had to give my number and Name...
I asked for the name of who was trying to argue with me on the side...
The I was using my phone to read an important email and NICOLE start to get upset and says " okay you can write a bad review on your own time, just complete this transaction.." I said "excuse me I'm definitely not writing a review so you need to relax"
I proceeded to ask if it was final sale or not because instead of giving me an explanation and details about the product and how orders work.. they're arguing over something that shouldn't be argued about..
Long story short they have horrible customer service...
I'm still going through a rough journey with my daughter and this is definitely not something I should be going through when trying to better my daughters health!
I'm not saying the customer is always right but I'm saying that good customer service is greatly appreciated
If you are someone who values good customer service this is not the place to go.
I will be posting this everywhere and anywhere I can because NICOLE and KELLY have no respect for a new customer that could've been a loyal customer

Staff there is really helpful and knowledgeable. If you need help with any homeopathic medication, they will help and if the medication isn’t available, they will order it for you. Excellent service.

Very Busy Downtown Pharmacy. Bright, Clean Store on Main Street. Been a great source of information for 'Alternative' Medicine. Both Traditional, Natural options; As well as 'Western' Medicine. Specializing in Compounding and Vitamins and Nutritional Supplements, Alternative Medicine. A Landmark in Downtown Brampton, having served the community as long as I can remember. Friendly and VERY Knowledgeable Staff. Established in Port Credit in 1924. They have 5 locations and offer Delivery Services, Pick up, Vitamins and Nutritional Products and Information.

Zero work efficient among the staff. I had to wait over 15 mins when we were only 2 patients in the store and 5 staff members present. I was there to pickup my prescription which lady wrapped up in 30 secs when she attended me after over 15 mins of wait.
