Purchased a very nice outdoor conversational set. Very happy with the amazing sales staff at the store. They were very helpful in showing us around the store and choosing the perfect set for our home. Home delivery service was excellent.

The service at the DOT Airport Road store was amazing. Very helpful in providing information regarding the furniture we wanted. We purchased 4 patio chairs and when assembling one was extremely difficult as aligned wasn't accurate. I called the store and not only did they would exchange the chair for another brand new one but they would assemble it for me. Now that is customer service. Thank you very much for your help. Carol

We purchased many outdoor dining and patio sets at DOT furniture. The location on Airport Road has always been our first choice. Last year we purchased a four seater patio set with matching ottomans. The squirrels unfortunately did some chewing and ate away the material around the cushion zipper. When we took the cushion back to the store hoping we could purchase a replacement. The manager was so pleasant and helpful and went the extra mile to help service us. We are forever grateful and would recommend this location to anyone looking for beautiful outdoor furniture as well as home furnishings. Thanks so much!

We purchased 6 Carlo sling chairs and 2 ottomans and are extremely pleased with the product. We were very happy that the Airport Rd. Brampton Manager, Rakesh, opened the door the first evening, even though the store was past closing. When we returned to place our order, Rakesh kindly brought the chairs and ottoman to the front of the store for us to sit in and measured a stack of six to make sure our vehicle could accommodate pick-up. Rakesh was very informative, supportive and helpful. We would highly recommend using his location.

Rakesh was very pleasant to deal with and quite knowledgeable. Purchased some furniture and umbrella for pool area. Ample furniture and ideas. Thank youThen came deliveryThey showed up at 9;00p.mPut everything in the garage and a week later showed up for assembly.Couldn't use my garage and kept my car outside. I was concerned about the drivers because I live in the country and it was pitch black.The following Friday, they came to set up the parasol umbrella. When they arrived, they started unloading another customers order. They missed a deliveryWhen I pointed this out, they put the furniture back on the truckThere were two menThe driver was quite rude and in a hurry. They carried my umbrella and two Carlos swivel chair from the garage to the back deck. The second driver was quite nice and started assembly of the chairs. First driver said I didn't pay for assembly and told the second driver not to touch themI contacted the store as I paid $300 for delivery and setup. I was told driver was being difficult and could have done itSecond driver tried again and first driver yelled at him. At no time were we told there was an extra charge for assembly of chairsDriver said they should have done that at the warehouse. It wasn't his job and he didn't know how to do itNo customer service what so ever when it came to deliveryJust lies when it came to delivery
