In my 80 years of dealing with all facets of shopping, Direct Diamond is by far the best experience I have encountered. There are so many positive things to say about Direct Diamonds & Gold. George is AMAZING. Everyone is super helpful at DD&G and they have beautiful and wide selections at the store. Their custom made jewelries are gorgeous and well made. They always make me feel comfortable and George gives the best advise. Do yourself a favor and visit them, you will not regret it

I know Direct Diamonds & Gold since they opened over 30 years ago. My family, friends and I have purchased many beautiful pieces of jewelery. George, his wife and family are the most knowledgeable, professional and honest people you can meet. They are wonderful people, who care about your needs. Absolutely horrendous service by the guy. Came here for an engagement ring. Told them my range, but also told them i can go higher. The guy wasn't even showing us anything. Just kept on saying we can make something for you. I'm not gonna get them to make anything without looking. And when we asked to see some other rings, the guy became condescending and just kept on saying they are out of your budget. Someone needs to give him a customer service lesson. Definitely not recommending anybody
