I have leased 2 Lincoln vehicles prior to picking up my most recent one. - I am now on my third lease with Mayfield Ford Lincoln. The team and service from this dealership continues to consistently provide excellent customer service hence why my family continues to lease from them. They value the business and respect it. Thank you, Peter, Ricardo and Andrew! I continue to recommend potential buyers to this location as I know with confidence they will be well treated.

I am extremely concerned by the gross negligence exhibited by this dealership’s service department. In December of last year, our vehicle was returned to us with partially seized rear brakes—a serious and dangerous issue that was never disclosed to us at the time. We were informed only that "it's no problem, just get the parking brake fixed when you can," with no mention of the rear brakes being compromised. This lack of transparency and failure to communicate a significant safety concern led us to drive the vehicle all winter in an unsafe condition, potentially endangering my family.
This dealership’s service department not only failed to communicate this critical issue, but the service advisor assigned to us demonstrated a concerning lack of automotive knowledge and professionalism. Given that we were driving a vehicle with impaired braking functionality in hazardous winter conditions, the potential consequences could have been catastrophic. Had we been informed of the actual nature of the problem, we would have immediately addressed the issue to ensure our safety and that of others on the road.
While I understand that certain dealerships may try to maximize profits, I believe this instance goes beyond mere financial motivations. The service department's actions represent a dangerous level of incompetence and disregard for customer safety.
Due to this experience, I am considering reporting this incident to the following relevant consumer protection authorities and automotive safety agencies in Ontario to ensure accountability and prevent similar negligence in the future:
-Consumer Protection Ontario
-Ministry of Transportation (MTO)
-Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC)
-Better Business Bureau (BBB) Serving Central Ontario
I hope this review serves as a warning to others and helps protect future customers from similar experiences.

Unfortunately service was not up to par not so much the technician but service dept advisors not relaying proper information to techs , 7 day delay for two day job of replacement of cam phasers and other issues electrically could not be duplicated until i personally sent an attached email with video , lied to by service advisor several times who pleasantly dismissed any on going concerns not at all a good experience , very disappointed , no star rating being at a price of 780.00 a month lease on a 2023 F150 with only 25,000 kms not a dealership i would advise anyone to go to

After having my Explorer Sport looked at on several occasions (at a dealership where we had been going for 13+ years and bought two vehicles from) for the same issue over the last two+ years and kept being told there was nothing wrong with the car, I decided it was time to try another dealership and booked an appointment at Mayfield Ford. Chris and the service team are amazing! FINALLY - the hesitation is GONE, the issues (that were dangerous) with how the car was driving (we were told it was hydroplaning at the other and nothing wrong mechanically) was the stabilizer and control arms. Highly recommend this service location and their attention to detail!
