Placed order, no confirmation or contact of any sort. Then I get a call from the business that collects purolator shipments saying there has been a parcel delivered here. Went straight there and it stunk to high heaven. Had to take it outside to open and the plants had totally decomposed. I called and left a message twice, messaged them twice and no response. Don’t order from these people.

Not only does Chris stock the beat Japanese Koi in the area but he is extremely knowledgeable and helped me step by step through the process of taking care of a sick fish. Highly recommend Chris and his staff!!!

The farmed fish feed and filtering equipment are complete, and a variety of flowers, plants and koi are provided in the pond. It is a well-known product in Toronto.

We were looking for a company to assess our pond and provide us with appropriate aeration and fountains after our old systems failed. We worked with Carla to schedule a assessment date with an email confirmation. We never received said email so called to follow up. Finally received email which had an error in the date - Wednesday, July 11th (July 11th was a Tuesday). We called to follow up and were told it would be Wednesday, July 12th. Wednesday, July 12th comes around and we were stiffed. When we called to follow up and ask where they were, we were told there was a pond emergency. Afterwards they then told us they do not service our area. 3 weeks of being strung along by these "pond experts". Thanks for nothing but wasting our time Carla and Chris. Don't even deserve one star.

I recently visited Hydrosphere - The Koi Pond Experts with my wife and had a generally positive experience. The staff members were knowledgeable and provided us with helpful guidance during our visit. However, it's worth noting that the store can get quite busy on the weekends.The staff at Hydrosphere demonstrated a good understanding of Koi ponds and willingly shared their expertise with us. They took the time to answer our questions and offer valuable insights and recommendations for our own project. We appreciated their assistance and felt more confident in our plans as a result.One minor drawback of our visit was the occasional busyness of the store on weekends. While it didn't significantly impact our overall experience, it did mean there was a slight wait for assistance. However, considering the popularity of Hydrosphere, it's understandable that it attracts a steady flow of customers.In terms of the selection, Hydrosphere offered a decent variety of Koi and pond supplies. The Koi appeared healthy and well-cared-for, and the store had a satisfactory range of pond equipment and supplies available. We were able to find what we needed for our project, which was a positive aspect of our visit.Overall, I would rate my experience at Hydrosphere - The Koi Pond Experts as a 4-star visit. The knowledgeable staff and their helpful guidance were highlights of our time there. While the occasional busyness on weekends meant a slight wait, it didn't significantly detract from the overall experience. If you're seeking expert advice and a decent selection of Koi and pond supplies, Hydrosphere is worth considering.

No contact or updates for a week after placing order.Tried to contact them several times over the next week for an order update.Finally they respond and tell me I need to pay additional feeds to ship one of the items. I asked them to remove it from my order and ship the rest as is.A week later with again no response, they cancelled and refunded my whole order.Place online orders at your own risk.

I've been coming here for years. I've bought equipment, koi fish and plants. Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable when having issues with your fish. Wish it wasn't so far for me otherwise would be 5 stars

placed order on June 11. Left emails, voicemails and its now Aug.24. no parts. $115.23 gone. Do not buy anything from this company.They finally made good and gave me my money back but buyer beware with these people.
