I have been going to this pharmacy for a few years now. I don't even live in Bowmanville, but I go there because the people are all great! They are always super friendly, they make me feel welcome, and they are very personable. I am moving far away and am going to miss going to this pharmacy. Thank you for always being so kind to me :)

Oh look, it's Diane again......I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. They have organized my mothers medications, went out of their way to be thorough with instructions for her and delivered to the house quickly.Never thought I'd be thrilled with a pharmacy but here we are

I received quick, efficient ane friendly service. I called in advance to schedule the flu vaccine and the lady on the phone was more than happy to help me. I was able to come in and get the flu vaccine within 15 minutes. The pharamacist who administered the vaccine was very kind and informative and shared a wealth of good resources to help me through the flu season. I couldn't recommend this pharmacy more!

So thankful to have this pharmacy in our neighbourhood! They are fast, knowledgeable and well equipped with everything you could need. My family has been using this pharmacy for years and we have yet to have an issue.

Was just there to see if they had stuff for a burn, there were maybe two other customers (there were more staff than customers). They didn't have any aloe and said that the pharmacist would come and chat to us about alternative options, 20 minutes later we were still waiting and the same staff member asked if we'd been served so we had to remind her we were waiting for the pharmacist. We were told 'they'll be with you in two minutes'. Five minutes later we just left, still no sign of the pharmacist (who we'd seen chat to the other customers). Have been to this pharmacy before (grew up around the corner) and it used to be quite good but now I'd give zero stars if I could.

Every time I go to Remedys Rx in the Waverley plaza, everyone is super nice and happy to help. Shahz and the rest of the pharmacy team are so welcoming and take the time to explain all products/prescriptions. They always go above and beyond for their clients regardless of how busy it is in the pharmacy. I’m truly grateful for the work they do. If I could give Remedys Rx 6 stars, I would!
