At first Rod was helpful, but when I tried to get a part sourced myself (as Christmas is close and the part they sourced was over $50 more expensive). Upon explaining this to him, I was told "I've got too much to do, I'm not getting involved" then I was hung up on.

Our brakes were grinding and it was around 4:00pm. We are from out of town as well. They replaced our brake pads within a half hour. They were so friendly too. Great service I would recommend. Thank you againService: General repairs & maintenance

Don't judge a book by it's cover. These guys got me in in a day when the other garage was booking for the following week, got the work done in a day, and was very reasonablely priced. When a follow-up issue came up, they had it fixed in an hour and a half for cost of parts. Definitely where I'll be going from now on.

I don’t typically post reviews but felt compelled to after having alternator replaced at Ace’s. Rod took my vehicle in right away and called with estimate next day. He was almost apologetic at the price of the parts. It had to be done, so I gave him the go-ahead. When he called a couple days later, he told me he had found the part at a lower price from another supplier and charged me the lowest cost. What dealership would do that?!?! This is one of the best mechanic shops I have ever been to, very honest work and will only fix what's broken and give an honest report. Anytime i have called for an issue ( small/ big) I get in the following day or same week, this is the only mechanic shop my car goes too!:)
