I recently had my tire censor fail on my Mitsubishi RVR. Dropped in to Superior tire. Problem was diagnosed in 5 minutes, problem solved and on my way home within 30 minutes.

I'm a little hesitant to let people know how special this mechanic shop is because I want it all to myself! Selfishness aside, this is the shop that everyone looks for. Communicative, accommodating, experienced, smart, fair (more than, actually). Greg put a lot of effort into troubleshooting an issue with my Promaster van, trying to save a part from needing to be replaced due to poor engineering on Ram's part. (plastic upper manifold with rusted bolts - if you know, then you know ?).
There is a relaxed vibe as soon as you walk in. The people, the very-comfortable waiting area, the calm friendliness. You feel valued and in good hands. That peace of mind is priceless.

I purchased an used car (2008 Pontiac) with lots of issues, then I brought the car to here because of the good comments I read from the internet.
Greg and Chantelle have been very helpful and willing to help throughout. They have provided professional advices and giving out prompt responses to my (many) questions due to my (almost) zero knowledge into vehicles.
They have patience over my requests and show respect to people. They do not over-sell anything, only take good care of your vehicle.
I am more than satisfied about their professional services. If you are, especially, new driver and have (almost) zero knowledge into vehicles, I highly recommend here to you as you would not regret to receive excellent services here.
Also, they have a newly promoted loyalty programme, you can earn while you spend. Remember to book your appointment early ! :D

Cannot say enough nice things about this shop. Good honest owners with fair pricing. I took my vehicle to 4 shops for quotes and landed here. Irrespective of the pricing, I would have gone here based solely on customer service. From now on all three of my vehicles are going to be serviced at Superior Tier & Auto Barrie. Give them a try!
