Worst car wash ever. Was there yesterday. At the first spray, I could see it was filthy water and when the soap came on, it was gray running down my windows. It didn’t even remove the bird poop and left dirty water marks all over both sides of my vehicle.Four days later - After some back and forth for two days, I got a response from Shell Canada. I had asked for a refund or a coupon for a car wash at another Shell Station which I thought was quite reasonable. The owner and Shell refused both of my solutions. I asked if the station had changed their level of carwash - no reply on that. The owner wanted me to go back for a free car wash with exactly the same filthy water that doesn't remove bird poop? Why would I ever do that? I can't imagine him ever going back to have still-broken equipment touch his property.Stay Away from here!!

Going to see how many car washes are left on my car wash flex pass, the attendant didn't know how to check the car washes on the pass, the attendant didn't know how to put car washes on the pass. The attendant was unaware of the car Wash flex pass, or how it worked. There is nobody there training them, that's pretty pathetic.

Do not use the car wash. There is an additional cost of 2$ if you don't get gas. The car wash itself did not work, we asked for helped multiple times, and the car wash stopped half way through and our car was left with soap bubbles all over. We were not able to get our money back but offered a free car wash, which we likely not use. And instead of closing the car wash once we explained in person what happened, they left it open and the person behind us was still waiting 10 minutes after our fiasco.

This guys need sign outside saying that "Do not enter for any app related questions or if you buy carwash from app please keep out ". Went there just to ask a simple question as I bought car wash first time from app the old men rplied rudely even before listening to me. I understand app is out of your control then put sign outside of store and car wash entry so we know that we dont have to call you if we stucked.

I got the ultimate car wash. I was supposed to get an energy drink with the wash as its advertised at the pump but they never have it. And last time the lady offered me the cheapest shell water bottle.
