Avoid this place at all costs! I dropped off 4 freshly powder coated rims to have tires mounted and balanced.....3 of the 4 rims came back damaged to the point that the powder coating needs to be redone! I showed them the damages and all I got was arguments from the owner. I was offered to have 1 fixed, not 3, leaving me with hundreds of dollars in repairs to pay myself. This place obviously has no respect for their customers or their vehicles. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Warning don’t call these tire guys as they left me waiting on the 400 highway all day and didn’t even come out.They charge $800 dollars for a tire that you can get in Brampton for $320

If you shop around the prices they quote you are comparable or lower. They actually go above and beyond to help you. Ed had a tire hand delivered from elsewhere for my new car when it seemed impossible to find one. I cant say enough good things about this family owned business. I will recommend and continue to have them as my mechanic.

Started using Pro-tech a couple years ago after doing price comparisons. Pro-tech was always the cheapest in town. The service has always been great and friendly. Car has always been ready when they say it is. Upfront pricing and they always give a good write up on your vehicle.

2 hours to mount and balance tires and paid more than anywhere else. Awful experience will never go back. Cheaper at the dealership!!!!

I don't even think 1 star is acceptable. I don't live in Barrie and I was stranded and went here for desperate help with finding what was wrong with my truck. The owner was VERY rude from when I walked in the door. But being stranded I had to ignore that. I asked him to let me know what was wrong with it before spending my money. He then replied "oh I've already spent it" then proceeded to tell me "I won't even LOOK at your truck for under $100". I left with my vehicle and would not let that man anywhere near my truck or my wallet! Worst service and attitude I have ever gotten at a repair shop.
