So much for princess autos amazing return / repair policy I brought in my torque wrench to either be repaired or replaced and I was told they couldn’t help me and essentially my best option was to just buy another one I guess Princess auto no longer stands behind their products

I am so frustrated!! Still waiting for a response…. Got a workbench and opened the box to find it like THIS!!!! No instructions and I’m beyond upset!! The Barrie store completely dropped the ball and sold me an obviously opened product with no response except a promise to call me back…..

I bought a jack here a year and a half ago and it stopped working. Robert was able to help me out with everything and fixed my jack on the spot and also gave me a nut free of charge that I lost a year ago. Amazing service ?

The employees at this store are the most helpful people you can find. I had big problems with my trailer. I drove in and Joe and his employees immediately started to help me. They brought a fork lift to lift the trailer, brought the tools needed to remove the spindle on the trailer. Replaced it with a new one, did the same on the otherside and off on the road again. They saved the day! Thank you for your great customer service.

I'm really disappointed with the quality of customer service that was provided to me, and felt incredibly patronized when I left this establishment. I was going into Barrie to run multiple errands on a Friday afternoon, so my husband asked if I could pick up a part for him. I asked him to send me the link to it, and then I would be able to find my way.
HAVING NEVER BEEN INSIDE OF A PRINCESS AUTO, EVER, OR ANY KIND OF AUTO PARTS RETAILER OTHER THAN CANADIAN TIRE, I proceeded to go look for the part that should have been located in the trailer section since it was a trailer part. After attempting to look for this part just going off what the screen said, the photo on the website, and pure logic, I asked a middle aged gentleman who worked there if he could help me locate this part. Upon looking at it, he SCOFFED, ROLLED HIS EYES and in a demeaning fashion/tone said that it was in the surplus section. (After looking, I did see that at the top of the screen on the link my husband sent me, it said "surplus," but one isn't necessarily looking at this when trying to look for a part or isn't familiar with the website to begin with!!)
Yes, I got the correct part, but the attitude, tone, and disagreeableness that was shown towards me was completely unbecoming, unnecessary, and, quite frankly, rude. I certainly hope some better training is done so that young women, who usually don't have much experience in auto part shops, don't feel as patronized and belittled as I did.

So impressed with Joe and Emma at the Barrie store! They were very friendly, they offered prompt service, and they were willing to support a community initiative that my son is a part of. This is a store where people care about other people and what they are doing. Thank you, Princess Auto Barrie!
