Morrison Auto Service treated me with utmost respect when I brought my van in for repairs. I thought the price was fair and the time it took to complete the repairs was very impressive. I will be recommending Morrison to my friends and Family.

Morrison was Awesome!!! I pulled into Morrison about a hour and half before closing time. I told Mark that I was stuck in Barrie, and that I needed help to get get my van back to Wasga. Four other garages had turned me down. But not Mark he had me up and going the very next day. Very greatful for you and your staff, your empathy and honesty. I would highly recommend Morrison Auto Service.Thank you.

Worst service ever! Charged me over $300 for an oil change and failed to put in the oil … lawsuit waiting to happen. Avoid at all cost!

I think this place has smart mechanics and people who know what they're doing. However, I know for a fact I got ripped off when I was already having a shitstorm of a day. My truck ended up cracking a component in my coolant lines and leaking all of its coolant on the highway. I had to get a tow to Marks shop. He flat out told me that he had no time to help me and could only do the work on Tuesday which is understandable, he also referred me to a mechanic down the street. I then decided I would take a look and see if I could fix the problem myself since I was stuck in his lot. I found the problem and asked if I could borrow a pair of plyers to slip off the clamps and fix the leak. His mechanic came out and found the leak was able to be bypassed and required 2 connectors and 4 hose clamps, along with some coolant to fill the radiator again. The repair took his mechanic 5 minutes tops after I had already found the problem.HE CHARGED ME $150!I appreciate the help, and I understand he did not have the time. But I am a 20 year old girl who was 3 hours from home both ways, who got dumped off by a tow truck at your shop, have a heart. His time and his parts could come to about $60 tops if you were being excessive. I was charged an entire half hour labor for 5 minutes, and don't get me started on how much his clamps and connectors cost (4x the base price).I am very grateful for the help, he came out before he left and asked if we were doing ok. However, the price was ridiculous.

Had a clicking sound in my steering column. Took it in to Mark to see what he thought. He told me it was an easy fix, but I had a bigger problem: my subframe was very weak and would probably break apart if I hit a big pothole.Mark explained something that I’ve never had a mechanic do before. He told me that he could do the work, but I’d be looking at about $3500 for the repair. He suggested that since the vehicle was 16 years old, I’d probably be better to invest that into a new vehicle. I donated the vehicle to Kidney Car and got a tax receipt for $3000 (which was exceptional for a car that old).I felt Mark’s advice was honest and straightforward. He could have made himself $3500, but, instead gave me some good advice.
