Because of Moores not being able to keep their word with the tux being ready within a week or 2 before the wedding. I now have to lose a days pay because they are not capable of keeping their word. The wedding is only 2 days away now. Thank you Moores for making me lose out on a full days pay of work. I'd highly recommend for people to go somewhere else for their suites. For the people that are happy with them. Then they certainly lucked out while I get the short end of the stick.

My husband went to Moores on Bayfield in Barrie today. It was a disappointing experience. He seen a pair of shoes that he was interested in purchasing but there was no price tag on it. He looked for a Salesperson that he could ask about the price and availability of sizes. When found a Salesperson, he was finished serving a customer at the register, so he made an inquiry. The Salesperson abruptly said he was serving someone else in the store and then walked away. My husband has purchased much of his attire at Moores, but NEVER again. He is taking his business elsewhere.

Ivy was a big help. She knew exactly where everything was located, recommended great styles, she made my visit fast and painless.
Also, I recommend advising the customer about the tailor fees during the fitting process so it's not sticker shock at the checkout. The tailor fees were more than shirt or pants I purchased.

Great experience today at Moores…Tom was able to get me suited up for a wedding and was excellent with his suit advice and fitting as well as helping out with shoes. We spent some time going through future suit purchases and Tom again had excellent advice and input. Great store, great selection and topped off with excellent staff…including John working his cash register magic…I’ll be back!

I cannot recommend this men's clothing store enough! I was in a complete panic when I realized I had forgotten some essential items for my wedding day, but the staff at this store were incredibly helpful and made sure I got everything I needed at the last minute.
From finding the perfect tie to matching pocket squares and even helping me pick out a stylish pair of socks, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I looked sharp on my big day. Their attention to detail and knowledge of men's fashion was truly impressive.
Not only did I find the perfect accessories for my wedding day, but I also discovered some new wardrobe staples that I will continue to wear long after the wedding. The quality of their clothing and the selection they offer is top-notch.
Overall, I could not have been more pleased with my experience at this men's clothing store. Their exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and quality products have made me a loyal customer.
I will definitely be returning for all my future menswear needs. Thank you for helping me look my best on my wedding day!

Rented a tuxedo for an event. Literally the entire night pants and vest kept going loose even after multiple tries to fix it. It wss super annoying. Upon return when I told the store there was zero response of apology. After paying $370 for rental you expect better. Never again

Was in today looking for a shirt and blazer to wear to a night out for work. Associates were very friendly, non judgmental and gave me the time to try things on. Found what I wanted after leaving the Georgian Mall empty handed. Would recommend this store for any men’s wear needs you have. Staff were excellent.

I'm never disappointed when I leave Moore's. They carry quality brands with plenty of sizes especially Tall sizes. I sometimes forget to check out Moores when clothes shopping.
