Terrible customer service! They are just there to insult, degrade customers and rip them off! Sara is the worst customer service representative. If she is too good to do the job, she better let someone else take over.Just because you are the owner’s wife (apparently) doesn’t mean you are entitled to insulting customers and hanging up the phone on them, rolling up your eyes and passing cheap sarcastic and disrespectful comments.This is Canada, land of respect and courtesy!

I used to go To my dealership for service on my car and they would keep my car for a week before even looking at it. Today I brought my car to Midas with such short notice, and they fixed my problem within an hour. My experience here was Unbeatable And I will definitely be returning in the future.

Owners and staff are very friendly and honest about pricing and if they find something wrong they take you to your vehicle to show you and explain the issue. I will not go to any other place for service, trusting someone these days is a rare find.

Amazing experience!!!!! I brought my car in for some regular maintenance and replacement of brakes and rotors. Staff here is very professional, they will take you through every step while your car is in the shop. Special thanks to everyone, I wish more mechanic shops were this honest, courteous and provide the exceptional customer service that Anil and his staff did. Highly recommended, this deserves 10 ⭐️ rating!!!!!!

Amazing service got me in last min for a tire change where completely fair and open with all the problems on my car that I had a feeling I knew about but now do.
