Purchased a Audi S5 convertible from the dealer. Mike the GM took over the sale after was noticed the car wasn't quite right on test drive. I agreed to purchase pending repair. The repairs were completed by Mittler Motors way above my level of expectations. Repairs took some time, part orders, the crew at Lexus kept me informed for the most part of the progress. There were zero issues with the repairs or the purchase afterwards. I don't know if I have seen a better detailed car, especially the interior, upon pick up at dealer WOW

Worst experience in my life in terms of service... I left 8 messages with no reply, the I try email with limited response and after 4 weeks I still haven't got a phone call or a follow up/response via email.. I also left 2 messages in the service department and still no response.. would definitely never recommend this dealership or ever purchase another vehicle from them!!

Poor experience. I had to chase the sales person and management to reply to me. Sales person was too busy with his other job and management kept ‘leaving early’ and forgetting to get back to me to finalize the deal. Ended up not purchasing here and took my business to another Lexus dealer where my business was appreciated.

I would like to Thank Chiffon Hansen Assistant Service Manager. We bought a brand new Lexux NX350 in Brossard, Quebec the week before and we had to have our first 1,600 Km's Service as per Warranty. We had not planned to have our service in Barrie but she found time to do the job while we were waiting, it took maybe an hour. Thank You for the super service.

Had a great experience here, Cathy was very kind to me and straight forward. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the car I bought. They went above and beyond and helped me with some random stuff I requested. Very fair in negotiations, I’ve been to other dealers and never felt like the people were on my side, but over here they were kind to me. I am a proud Lexus owner :D best car in the world

Went in to look for a a new vehicle, met a sales associate Cathy was turned on from the very beginning of our interaction. Not sure why / what she is able to sell. To me, this rep came across as very arrogant and rude. I would not go back again.
No thank you Lexus of Barrie.

I recently purchased a vehicle for my wife. From beginning to end the staff at Lexus of Barrie were great. Our salesman Emanuel did a fantastic job of going through the options and made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. He even went the extra mile and put a big red bow on the vehicle as per my request to make it more memorable for her. Thank you everyone at Lexus of Barrie and a special thank you to Emanuel.

When I decided to surprise my brother with a new LS300H car, I called Lexus of Barrie to set up an appointment. I was quickly referred to Emanuel Sousa and everything could not have gone better from start to finish.
He was very professional, outgoing and incredibly easy to talk to and made what was an important gesture on my part very memorable.
He did not push anything on me and just simply put the options out there if I was interested. I would definitely return to Emanuel for my next vehicle purchase and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone I know.
