Kelvin, service manager, and the staff at Bayfield Ford were great. Had an issue that I was very concerned about on a Sunday, they had me, a new customer, in by Monday morning. They even had a shuttle for me to get home. We are new to Barrie, and both of our vehicles are Fords. We will only be going to Bayfield Ford going forward. Highly recommend.
