I was looking for a car and they had 2 just 1yr apart. The guys in the shop are great and Hazma is a gentleman. I had an issue with something small and they told me to bring it right in. They fixed it in no time then asked if they could do one more once over. They saw something that could give me trouble and told me they were gonna fix it and since one side was new the other side had to be new too. Long story short... it was all fixed free of charge and they had me back on the road as fast as possible. If you're looking for a quality used car buy here at Auto Runner.

I'm new to the Barrie area and bought a car from these guys back in September, 2023 completely just on a whim. These guys have gone above and beyond with my servicing needs since purchasing the vehicle. They have been nothing but amazing to me and always in a beyond fair and extremely timely fashion. I highly recommend these guys.

I was asked to leave a review so here we go.3 days after purchase we brought our vehicle into our mechanic for a double look to insure all was good as a mom and children will be commuting in this vehicle. To find out that the belt was broken, AC does not work at all, the spark plugs needed to be completely replaced… needless to say $700 3 days after we just spent $6000 I am not happy. We contacted the owners and they can’t do anything for us. Not pleased, will not recommended this place to anyone. A shame because my husband buys a lot of vehicles and currently have two friends in the search for a second hand car. All we wanted was honesty or something in return and we got “well you should if brought it here”. The point was for our mechanic to take a double look and look what he found in 5 minutes. Embarrassing and totally lazy on their part.Extremely disappointed!!!!!
