Specifically for the Electronics/ cellphone department. Made an appointment with a Salesperson named Ekta. She made us wait in the cellphone area for 45 mins since the other sales person was busy.
When she arrived. She did not apologize for her tardiness, nor did she help with any of our questions. Very disappointed and worst customer service experience.

Customer service is super super slow. They spend more than 30 minutes to return 1 merchandise.

The grocery pickup service here is so convenient, friendly and efficient. Used this service multiple times and the various staff are always so kind and helpful.

Employees should be communicating in English only when on the sales floor. All Employees always communicating in Iranian amongst themselves when around customers is extremely weird.

very crazy rules, once you get photo for digital is 40$ ( 13-15$ for hard copy, 20-25$ for digital) and they said we dont provide digital without harcopy. once you want to get sigital you have to buy hardcopy too. stupid rules

I was trying to call them with a general question regarding merchandise, but they kept hanging up on me or putting me on hold for a long time before hanging up. Terrible customer service!

If its not one thing its another. This walmart isn't worth coming into. You should be able to go in get your store and leave. Always a hassle here. And very argumentative staff.

I had an amazing experience from the staff at the Aurora location this morning. I was purchasing a baby crib and mattress. The staff in the baby section (Denise and Mohammed) were so polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store!
