I was in the store today to deal with the closing of an account and paying a final bill in an estate situation. Definitely the most helpful staff. All my previous visits have also been excellent.

Came in looking to buy a new SIM card today as I had lost my phone, was helped out by Chris. He walked me through the steps and he showed me how to do a sim swap. Was in and out under 5 mins.

I was seeking a new phone and plan and was graciously assisted by Chris D, Sean and jeanine.They walked me through the process and made it simple. They genuinely care about the customer and I will recommend them to family and friends. Not to mention they saved me money Vs my plan with Rogers.Thanks ! 10/10
