I did a pickup order in the Aurora Wellington location. I purchased the Caymus Special Selection 2019 and they packed me the regular Caymus 2022 for $100 less. I had to drive back to the store for them to switch the bottle. Their printer was also broken so I had to wait to sign off on the item. No apology from the manager or any type of remorse for this huge inconvenience. The pickup which was supposed to make my life easier made it more difficult due to incompetent and not trained workers. You can read I ordered a 2019 and not a 2022. I will not go back to this location.

We were looking for Wild Turkey and there was none on the shelves. We asked Craig if they had any. They did and he went to the back and brought us out a bottle. He was extremely helpful and friendly and it made a huge difference. This LCBO in Aurora on Commerce Court is always a great place to go. Thank you Craig for your wonderful service and going the extra mile!

Great store with really good selection. The staff is friendly and are good at their jobs. Usually not super busy most of the time I go to this one, so I don't notice long lineups or wait times. Highly recommended!

Great LCBO in Aurora, staff are extremley helpful. Even if they dont have products in stock or carry certain items they tell you the closest store that has them and how many are avaliable.

Was in the area and decided to drop by this location to buy some things for gifts. Even though the store was well stocked, I didn't realize this location was small. No holiday sets were available anywhere minus a couple of random bottles here and there. Ended up making choices out of whatever was available. Would be nice to see all the locations to be stocked up similarly for the holiday period.
