I recently had a great experience at Aurora IDA Pharmacy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the medications I needed and answered all my questions thoroughly. They even went the extra mile by providing a thorough consultation for my unique situation. Started getting my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy during the pandemic. The staff are great! They take the time to explain the medication I’m being prescribed so I can feel confident I’m taking it properly. Would recommend to friends and family!

Absolutely disgusting pharmacy. I know I have written a few bad reviews in the past, this place takes the cake. Long story short. I had to go to the specific pharmacy to get a very important injection. That only this pharmacy offers in Aurora so I took today off work I called the pharmacist when I left my house I explained to him that it was going to take me about 3 hours to travel there. The pharmacist said not a problem. I called him 3 or 4 times on my way there just to let him know I'm almost there. When I arrived at this pharmacy he told me that he can't help me and that I have to go home. The medication and injection that I needed from this pharmacy was something that is a very important to my well-being and for me to even be able to function on a normal basis. They basically said no turn around go home. But they couldn't have told me that on the 5 phone calls that I have recorded that I made to them while I was on my way to this pharmacy. This place is very racist it's owned by Chinese people they really only cater to Chinese people and it has been nothing but a complete waking up experience for me. I have reported this business to the police because what they did was completely illegal. so I just want to let anybody know that if you're planning on going to this place I don't be looking for a good experience you're just going to get looked at like a number they're all about money that's all they care about You're a number if you're not number one and you're not number five then you're waiting a long time they don't care who you are. I apologize for sounding so upset but I really am this was volatile medication then I needed and now I am on the way to the hospital because these people wanted to do this to me. I suggest to never go to this pharmacy ever unless you want a bad experience from people who are trying to look like they know what they're doing but they don't and they are going to charge you a lot of money$$.And apparently they always have a relief staff working there. Because the owner of the pharmacy is a female and she never likes to come to work there's always a relief staff worker there it's never the same pharmacist on a weekly basis the place is a joke.

This place is has great service. The head pharmacist Lucy is very kind and is always working hard to ensure every customer is treated with respect and she always has a smile on her face and a great attitude. This is the only place i will go to for any of my families medications. My son has diabetes and she always makes sure his medication is ready days in advance so we have no issues on the day of pick up.Thank you to the entire IDA STAFF on auroraMike

June 7th 2023, old Chinese pharmacist at 5pm has no idea what she's doing. Iv been here 2 hours and still waiting on my prescription. Now she's yelling at me because I told her I need to leave for work. What a nightmare. Please hire better
