I had a prescription from a specialist at Toronto General Hosp. 3 other pharmacies told me they could not get it or it was on back order . Aurora Compounding Pharmacy got the prescription for me the next day . Thank you !

I cannot thank Aurora’s Compounding Pharmacy enough for accommodating our very last minute request earlier this week. My wife and I found ourselves in a desperate situation as our 2 year old would not take her antibiotics orally. After several doctor consultations, we were referred to them to get the meds in a suppository form, so we decided called right leaving the doctors office. We started to get nervous when we found out that the drug needed about 2 hours to settle, and we called an hour and a half before their closing time (our little one needed her meds that day no matter what). Not only did the owner showed a lot of compassion and understanding but was also able to squeeze in our order in the neck of time. We will forever be thankful for such wonderful customer service.

First class Service!Real service vs Big Box pharmacy.I like that fact that my local pharmacist knows my name and helps with all my requests. They are also able to compound many complicated prescriptions that many pharmacies can’t!

I am so sick of the hard core masking policy at this pharmacy. I respect your choice to wear one, please respect mine. I wore a mask for 2 years, dutifully.. I will not anymore. Please consider your clients rights, the mask mandate is optional, OPTIONAL!

I have to say that I'm very impressed abouth both: quality of the compounded products and professionalism of the Pharmacy's staff.Every time my doctor sends the prescription to Aurora Compounding Pharmacy, I'm receiving a phone call and the pharmacist reviews the prescription with me- the dosage, type of container I wish for my medication ( click bottle or syringe) , etc... Additionally, my medications are delivered to me by FedEX ( from Aurora to Barrie) .I can't thank enough for THE BEST compounded product quality I've ever had ( great potency and cream quality!) Very knowledgeable, caring, responsible compounding pharmacist and superior customer service!!! You'll not be disappointed with the service and staff at the Aurora Compounding Pharmacy:) ???? Big THANKS to the owner of the Pharmacy and to all staff !!!
