The store staff will tell you the delivery date is within 2-4 months, but based on the amount of negative reviews regarding missed delivery deadline across the board, it seems like the staff is actually LYING to you about delivery dates because nobody is going to bother waiting more than half a year for their furniture.From what it seems, this company basically operates with a crowdfunding model, where they list their items as “back in stock in 6 months”, but they don’t actually place their factory order in Asia until enough customers have ordered it. This is 2024, there are no supply chain problems. You haven’t received your order as promised because they have not ordered it yet. It takes only 1 - 2 months to ship furniture from Asia to Canada, that’s it. If they take longer than 3 months to deliver their “soon to be in stock” furniture, that means they are waiting for more people like you to fund their purchase order.

6 months ago, I bought 2 arm chairs and 1 coffee table, they said delivery after 1 month, a month later, they put it in 2 months, then they said they will deliver it in the first week of February, I called today and they said they will deliver it in March, they haven't been able to supply their previous customers yet, but they still have both. They sell both in stores and online. I don't understand what kind of a company they are, they literally have no respect for their customers, I give them zero points and they say let's cancel it like they're kidding, I waited for 6 months and paid the money, they want me to cancel it, I don't understand what kind of a company this is.

We had a great experience shopping for a dining room table for our home. We received excellent service from the manager Daniela, she listened to our concerns and helped make our process very enjoyable. Thank you for providing us great customer service.

Good customer service at the store. However, we bought the Simon couch and it came with a deep hole. We thought it would level with time, but within 2 months it became much deeper, to a point that it feels like a torture machine. On paper, it comes with a one year warranty, but when you call you’re dealing with a damage control team. They will do anything to tell you that any issues you have is wear and tear: tell you you should have called on the 1st week, then change to 1 month. They will also tell you their 3rd party audit reviewed the claim, but 5 minutes later will tell you they’re busy so they didn’t review anything.Just avoid being scammed and go somewhere else. IKEA is far superior in both quality and after sale customer service.

Ordered a charlotte couch, it came right on time. (Actually earlier than expected) only reason for a 4 star is i couldnt make payment online always gave a error. Had to make a trip to the store. Friendly staff would recommend

Terrible customer service.I bought a dining table from them a month ago. It finally arrived and I borrowed a friends vehicle to pick up the table. I picked it up and assembled it. Turns out the corner of the table was damaged and there was a sticky glue all over the table top that wasn't coming off.The store offered to do absolutely nothing to rectify the issue. They told me I can disassemble the table, borrow my friends car again, return it, pick up a new one, and reassemble the new one. All I wanted was for them to deliver and pick up the damaged garbage product they sold me. I clearly outlined my expectations to solve the issue and was given nothing for their error.Spoke with the store manager Ted who kept saying "I can't". I reached out to the support number on their website who also said they "can't". I'm now waiting for Ted to involve his regional manager and see if she "can". Crazy how much time and energy I have to expend for simple customer service. Save your money and time, go anywhere else.Update: spoke with the regional manager who was very sweet and understanding and agreed to arrange for delivery. Will update review once replacement arrives.

The furniture itself is pretty good but oh my lord their systems for delivery and making payments are so antiquated it's not even funny. If you buy something online, don't expect the store to help you. And if you buy something in store, don't expect the call center to help either. It's almost 2024 - invest in a system that supports all your channels.

I'm having the worst experience possible with Structure. We went to the store, SAW the items we wanted. Ordered online the day after. That was in September, to be delivered by the end of October. As we know, now we're mid November and I had to call them to find out that what we bought is out of stock and the ESTIMATE is mid December. DO NOT BUY AT STRUCTUBE!! To anyone that sees this and the over 90k people that saw my reviews, DO NO BUY AT STRUCTUBE. We're shopping somewhere else this weekend to ask for my money back.ADDING:There was a reply to my post, only to find out that it is an automatic reply. The exact same reply, with the same content, work by word, was submitted to other posts. This is how "personal" this business is. Again, DO NOT BUY AT STRUCTUBE. They won't take you or your business as a person, but as a number.

I just bought one of the sideboards they sell and it is not a good quality cabinet and the same will probably apply to most of the pieces you find in Structube stores. ? ?☹️only 5/8" thick particle board structure...laminated , with visible scratches and some glue residue on doors, difficult to assemble, heavy to transport from the store by myself as they will not deliver it to me..I live beyond the city boundaries...?! really?Quite annoying to deal with this furniture and it's deficiencies when buying from Structube..almost as annoying as Amazon??!!!!I include actual images of the piece when I opened the box, if I find the way to attach them here, so you can decide for yourself if you wanna deal with Structube store and with what they offer?!..regards

If there were a 0 star option I would love to give it to them. Ordered a dining table in August and were told it would arrive in late September (perfect will have it in time for Thanksgiving), then it became early October, then late October, then early November then end of November and then were told early December. Plus after the 3rd delay, I found out that the table I ordered was being removed from the collection and wasn't going to be in stock again, so definitely needed to get a refund. First and last time I order from Structube and will encourage others to look elsewhere unless you like waiting a year for your furniture to come in.

I ordered a table and it came weeks after it said its estimated shipping date was (after I purchased of course). When it arrived it had a huge dent on the side of it (was a table). I immediately contacted customer support and their solution was 15% off the table as is or they could pick it up in 2-4 weeks… and process the return then and also I would have to pay $50 for the pick up. I was told I could not return to a store myself, “because they had no space”. I’m not sure what they have inventory wise as nothing is ever available anyways. After contacting multiple people and waiting 3-5 business days for them to contact me back there is still no resolution. I will never shop here again, I will tell everyone I now to never shop here. Structube is THE WORST QUALITY AND PLACE ON EARTH.

Walked in today ready to buy an entire house of furniture. I spent 20 minutes walking around the showroom. Not one employee acknowledged me. I walked out and went to one of their competitors to make my purchase. It's a true shame, they have some nice pieces.

While our in store shopping experience was fine, staff were friendly and helpful. I won't be buying from Structube anymore. We ordered a table, bench and two chairs back in May, with an estimated delivery date of June, which then turned to July, and then to the end of August. This led us to cancelling our order, I could have ordered a custom table in the same time frame and had a place to eat and entertain by now.I understand that this not this stores fault, and there are many factors contributing to the delay in shipping, but 4+ months to have a table and a few chairs delivered is ridiculous (I also have zero hope that these items would be delivered by the end of August.)I won't be buying from Structube again, unless i can walk out the door with an item in hand.

What a terrible in store experience. We were there to buy a couch, and were in the store for almost 40 minutes, and yet not one staff member greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. It would have been forgiven if the store was unbearably busy, but it wasn't.When we sat on a couch close to the checkout desk, the red headed woman at the till looked at us with what can only be described as disdain, but again, didn't offer to help even though she could hear us discussing the merits of 2 different couches we were trying to decide betweenThere was also another staff member at the register, on her cell phone, who didn't greet us nor look up as we passed.Ultimately the furniture is nice enough, but with the amount of other options in town, I would go elsewhere (and we did) purely based on the abysmal customer service at this location.
