They are fantastic! I have had issues with my old phone, I took it and a hand me down phone. They got things working for me. When the 2nd phone didn't work, they swapped them back. They found a great new phone for me and they are making sure I have everything I need on it. As an elderly disabled person I appreciate the care they take. I would be lost without them.
They specialize in computers and I will definitely take mine to them. They go above and beyond!!

So happy with the quick and friendly service at Ancaster Computers. Even though they weren't able to fix my drive, they offered me an alternative solution and didn't even charge me for their consultation time. Will absolutely be going back anytime I need anything tech related!

My experience at Ancaster Computer was excellent. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They take the time to explain things. My old laptop had seen its final days and Josh painstakingly managed to move everything onto my newly bought laptop. He was terrific.
And Caleb was so helpful walking me through all of my new laptops features and benefits. Thanks a lot.

I had 10 dollars to my name and I was looking for an adapter, he had the one I was looking for it was 20 dollars, I didn't have enough and this man literally lowered the price for me. I will definitely come back to this store. THANK YOU!

I took an older computer in for backup and restore. They were great. Called me with a quote and explained what they needed to do. Efficient and great service, I would use them again and recommend them to everyone!

I have been to this location twice and the customer service here is superb. Knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, they will work with you to help you with your computer needs. I believe the first time was due to an issue with my laptop, the staff understood my situation and where so amazing with accommodating me. The second time was to put my computer together, which they managed to do within 2 days. I wish I got the names of the staff who helped me, they deserve a shout-out. This location is exceptional.
