What kind of place hurts people's pets like you do to the point they have to put their babies down. Have you ever heard of that thing called karma. You should not be in business. That's just wrong what you did to these poor innocent animals. ?

I’ve left a review on Facebook publicly, but I will say this again. This place is not for puppies or older dogs. I forgave 2 injuries from my schnauzers being cut by clippers, for them to dismiss my elderly mail and a puppy (who was there for his first groom afterward) the owner has zero customer service skills and thinks she’s entitled to your money. Me and my 4 schnauzers have gone else where and haven’t been happier. This is hands down the worst place to take your dogs. I would resort to pets mart over this place

We used Lucky Dog for our two mini-schnauzers , and we were very happy with the results . They did a fantastic job , and both dogs look so sharp .

We had always loved this groomer for our Yorkie. When I called to schedule an appointment last week, the lady put me on hold and came back on saying due to my dog’s age and behavior from his last visit, they could not groom him anymore. I’m very understanding that he is aging but it would’ve been appreciated if this was communicated on pickup of his last groom. Not when I’m trying to get him scheduled somewhere as some groomers are months out. Communication was poorly lacking but I guess in todays world it’s easier to not have to to tell someone face to face.

Absolutely the best place to have your dog groomed. Our pup Luna was happy when we picked her up and smelt amazing. They also put cute little feathers in her hair with a cute bandana around her neck. 10/10

I take my poods' here for grooming, and they love it! Pixel is a toy poodle and Stein is a poodle mix (lots of different doodles in there), and even though their hair/fur texture is totally different, they always look beautiful. Pixel gets a continental poodle cut, and she's so pretty afterward! Stein is young and very excitable, but they did amazing with him and he looked great. (He ruined his clean coat this morning in the Oklahoma rain and red mud this morning). We will definitely be back!

We have 5 pups and have been with Lucky Dog since their inception. Wow, they are so so amazing we absolutely love them. All our pups are pampered and pictured each visit. Ask about the pup photographs. They are great pictures and the pups seem to enjoy it.
